I had an amazing experience working with this company to design my website. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and truly understood my vision. They created a clean, modern, and highly professional website that perfectly represents my business.
The team paid attention to every detail — design, layout, speed, and SEO — making sure my site not only looks great but also performs well. Communication was smooth, updates were fast, and they were always willing to make adjustments until everything was exactly how I wanted.
If you’re looking for a reliable company that delivers high-quality website design and excellent customer service, I highly recommend them. I’m extremely happy with the final result and look forward to working with them again!

Resposta da Design Crunchers Agency
We're sorry to hear you're unhappy, but we believe it's important to clarify the situation. Our team completed all the work agreed upon and went above and beyond to accommodate numerous additional requests that were beyond the original project scope. At no point did we threaten the client or withhold access — full admin control was always with the client.
Despite delivering everything as promised, the client continued to express dissatisfaction. To resolve matters amicably, we issued a refund. We're committed to professionalism, transparency, and customer satisfaction, but we also believe in setting clear boundaries when expectations go far beyond agreed terms.
We wish you all the best moving forward.
