For this being my first time ordering, everything was great. I got timely emails as the process went along. I will definitely be doing this again just with my husbands input next time.

Awesome experience and even better whiskey
The entire process was flawless, from whiskey selection to design to delivery. The Designer Dram team was very responsive and extremely helpful. This was a gift for my husband's 40th birthday, so getting to design the label and message on the front of the bottle was a great way to personalize his gift. The packaging is beautiful, and the bottle (even though it's empty now) looks great on the shelf. My husband was surprised at the quality of the whiskey, noting he was surprised the blend I chose was so good considering I'm not a whiskey fan. If you're looking for a unique gift for someone who loves whiskey, this is it.

BEST GIFT EVER!
I first seen a ad on Facebook & wasn't sure if it was real or not. So I of course had to do a scam advisor to verify & once it did, I was excited. My husband loves whiskey & our anniversary was around the corner so I wanted to order some but I didn't know what I was doing or how to figure out how to make a whiskey. When I reached out to the website to ask questions that had no problem assisting with getting the right blend of what I wanted & what was best from what my husband liked. They were very knowledgeable & helpful. I will order again very soon.

Great Gift - Designer Dram gift…
I received the Designer Dram gift certificate for Father’s Day. I did some research online about the mash bill percentage of the bourbon that I like to drink. I designed the label and submitted my request. Within a week I received my bottle. I enjoyed a few drinks with my family and everyone enjoyed the bourbon I received. I would order again.

Resposta da Designer Dram
Thank you for your feedback. We see that you created a wheated whiskey, with some bourbon and barley rye. We expect that this whiskey will have a ton of sweetness with some subtle hints of spice and oak. As we mention on our site, everyone has a unique palate - this is why we offer so many ways to select your barrels and our distilling team is always on hand to assist customers in creating the perfect whiskey for their palates. We will reach out to you shortly to better understand what was off about your whiskey.
Top Shelf
This is such a great product. The label is top shelf, as is the bourbon! They kept me informed of the progress each step of the way. Highly recommended!

Best Birthday Gift
This was a gift for my best friend who is a big whisky/bourbon connoisseur and he said the combination I made was the best he’s ever had. Gotta keep his recipe on hand for future birthdays!

Perfect final product
I’m a huge whiskey fan, so I was slightly worried about how my own creation would turn out. The finished product tastes amazing, the bottle and box it came in are beautiful, and I am so happy about how everything turned out.

Father's Day Gift
I ordered this for my husband for father's day. I was skeptical at first because I do know what we both like, but I am in NO way a whiskey expert. I answered the questionnaire to find the best blend for my husband and boy did they nail it. He loves it and especially loved the personalization I came up with.
