Andrei has been amazing. First we absolutely love our hot tub and were able to customize it to our home we were building. Andrei was extremely helpful throughout the whole process including post installation. Our house is in Vermont and Andrei went out of his way to help us find a spa provider who will work with us for maintenance. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

I was looking for a unique modern hot tub and was able to find Designer Home Spas. The website had a variety of options which were like nothing I had ever seen in the hot tub space. We wanted a high-end product to fit in with our new modern construction. The quality and overall experience was wonderful, and it fits in perfect with our theme. This is a more expensive unit than a traditional hot tub but for those looking for quality it is well worth it. The customer service from start to finish was top-notch. I was constantly checked in with an informed of the progress of the delivery and felt well taken care of. I cannot recommend Designer Home Spas enough! I had been shopping around for a jacuzzi for months while renovating my backyard to find something that I could relax in that wouldn't clash with it's surroundings. All of a sudden, I came across the Cube Ergo spa and reached out for details (product specs, delivery, etc.) and the customer service was nothing but exceptional. The delivery and installation was painless and the spa turned out even more beautiful than I expected. I have been using it 3-4 times a week since I got it, and has become a great excuse to get the family to spend time together.

Andre was professional and communication throughout the whole process was prompt and transparent. Everything turned out better than expected and we would gladly do business here again in the future if needed. Overall, Andre has our approval.

I live in upstate NY and was initially a bit hesitant about buying such an expensive hot tub (and how it would fair in the below-freezing winter), but after weeks of research and dozens of phone calls with different vendors, it became 100% clear that Designer Home Spas was the way to go.

6 months in, the spa is incredibly durable and has brought me - and my family - more joy than I could have imagined.

This is my 3rd hot tub and is by far the best.

Top notch product from a top notch installer. The team was able to successfully navigate challenges of a rooftop install in a metro area while still delivering a class “a” product. Team has been highly responsive on questions and the product is in a league of its own versus “regular” tubs.
