Designer Safari Avaliações

Great experience dealing with the mother-son team of Eunice and Mutuma. We decided quite last minute on Kenya because Covid numbers were rising in South Africa, our usual choice. They gave us suggestions and ideas based on our preferences as well as their own personal knowledge/experience. Working with someone from within the country was a bonus as they had lots of insider tips. They were flexible and patient with our wishes and changes as they came up and always responded very quickly to questions. Mutuma was especially helpful, acting quickly and effectively when our flight was changed due to a visa issue. He also helped our friends do the bush/beach package in reverse order so we could overlap for a few days. We felt like 'friends' before we even landed in Kenya and finished off our last three days in Nairobi playing golf with Eunice - and that woman can hit the ball! Such a pleasure Eunice - thanks for taking the time to show us the quality of golf in Nairobi. We really appreciated the warm, professional and patient service we received from Designer Safari and look forward to our next adventure with you!

Won't hesitate to recommend!

We booked this trip one week before travelling due to the COVID-19 country restrictions. Mutuma was very supportive in holding the bookings whilst we ensured that we had all the necessary documents in hand to travel.

The itinerary that was shared was clear, Mutuma regularly checked in with us and made some super recommendations for lunch in Watamu.

Overall a wonderful trip and can't thank you enough!

Eunice organized the perfect start of our honeymoon! Everything was taken care of and the accommodations were perfect. We will come back!

Amazing service! Great team, the interior is spacious and comfortable! Absolutely loved it!

Had a great time traveling to Lengishu with the truck! Alex and Isaac were very friendly and arrived promptly which was great! Love how comfy the seats are and that there were also enough sockets for everyone to use! Fabulous experience 🙏🏾

Awesome services

We had a great time in Kenya! Everything was so well planned. We could reach them 24/7. When there was a problem, they solved it in minutes. We felt super safe and they did so much work for us, so we only needed to pack our bags and were able to start an unforgettable trip to Kenya! We can highly recommend Designer Safari to anyone else!

They were very helpful in finding us options to choose from and constantly followed through to ensure everything was OK.

I got in contact with Mercy via a different platform. She was super nice and helpful and really bothered about how she could organize us a perfect trip. She answered quickly and reliable and repeatedly offered us new solutions for our route. At the end we did not book with her but just because of our budget restrictions not because she did not offer us what we searched for.
I would always recommend getting in contact with her when you are planning an individual trip that is not mainstream tourism like

overall very good trip
Tour guard was amazing
Selection of the lodge could have been better. As much as we selected the lodge, the agent could have provided their own recommendation as we were not familiar with the lodges in Masai Mara.
Will definitely use Designer Safari for my next trip

We had a great tour through Kenia. We felt safe by

permanent contact with Mercy. Our driver and guide

was a kind person, who helped us a lot.

Everything worked well and all we booked could be managed. And we were very happy with that. Espacially that we could conect with a Person to ask questions at any time.

Perfectly organized trip to Kenya! We will definitely recommend this travel agency. :-)

Knowledgeable professional service. Very attentive to details. Timely communications. Highly personalized and curated safari experience. The best guide in the whole world! An excellent resource for anyone contemplating a safari and/or golf trip in East Africa. The owner is a delight and went out of her way to ensure that everything worked for us. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience in Masai Mara. Very well organised. Eunice was easy to communicate and whole exercise to make arrangements was seamless. Alex who was on the ground assisting me with the transfers etc was extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended
