Ahmad was really knowledgeable and patient with us while we tried out lots of different sofas. He was not at al pushy but helped us to find a deal we felt comfortable with. The sofa seems to be well-made, using quality materials so we hope that it will last us for a long time. I will review again once the sofa has been delivered and used for a while.

Excellent customer experience from Haseena at the Middlebrook Bolton store today. I loved Haseena's soft approach. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and different fabrics etc. and explained everything very clearly. She was also so polite and didn't hover or push us to make any decision.
