Karen (Lakeside branch) has been brilliant from the very start and made the whole process smooth sailing. We came in with very specific requirements which we were struggling to fulfil elsewhere but Karen took on the challenge, listened to what we needed, made some suggestions and then showed us all our options. What started out as a 2-month frustrating process, Karen managed to solve within the hour. We are very grateful and so happy with our sofa choice.
