Terrible company... Did not get my order right (even after spending 2 months getting it to me). They sent me a return slip to process a return. Once shipped back into their country (not the US), they did not know how to import their own shipment. Goods get shipped back to me, and then I am stuck paying for all shipping costs, which is what the company directed the shipper to do and all without my consent. This whole fiasco ending up costing me almost as much for shipping as it did for the products I bought.

If you want to spend more than you need to and frustrate yourself off in the process, buy from them. Otherwise, go elsewhere, or just do without...

Terrible customer service. Awaiting my order for more then 2 months. They blame the producer instead to offer a better service. Asked for a reimbursement and still not getting anything back. I won’t recommend unless the parts are already available! So ask before buy!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a part on the 7th June and it didn't arrive until 27th August. That would've been fine if they hadnt't kept promising me the item was on it's way and would arrive imminently, they just plain lied to me. I would've been okay if they'd just been honest and told me to wait! They were rude and turned the tables on me saying I needed to be more patient after quoting a max handling time of 6 weeks. When it did arrive the product was damaged and the package was open

Just a word of caution. I ordered a part online and they didn’t indicate if it was in stock. I had to follow up numerous times to get a status update only to find the manufacturer hasn’t made the part yet. As the part isn’t ready I asked for a refund which they declined (available next day from another supplier). They have over $600 CAD and if I’m lucky it will be 2 months before I get my part (ordered August 18th). While I understand parts can take time, it seems like many other people had similar experiences with parts taking months, be sure to ask if the parts in stock before ordering or you could be waiting until next riding season.

Do NOT buy from this site. #1, they list parts as “in stock” when they are not, so their shipping lead times are much longer than stated. My order took 5 weeks to get to the US. #2, when they finally reveal the true lead time required to get the part, they will not cancel your order. #3 I ordered from another supplier and received my parts in 10 days. When my desmoheart order arrived, THEY REFUSED my return. The boxes were unopened and I initiated the return within 14 days as stated in their return policy. Desmoheart is a shady, dishonest and corrupt business. Do not buy from them.

goods ordered in February !! Delivery came June 12. Lots of bullshit excuses about the parcel service having delivered incorrectly or the stock was not updated.

What I ordered was black Brake and Clutch master Cylinder covers. What I received was one red cover for $40.00 plus shipping for $39.00. Total thieves. Don't ever order from them!!!

I am disappointed to have bought what I thought was a complete seat for my motorcycle but was cheated and paid far too much for an item that is poor quality and also does not fit the original Ducati monster 821 seat! I want my money back for this complaint!
