Highly recommend this company. Gave updates on delivery dates and window times. The two curriers were great Charles & partner. Took off all packaging returning it to van. They were friendly polite pleased with product overall a great experience.

It was a pleasure to purchase our Conservatory furniture from Desser. Easy to order samples, they found a stockist with the range I wanted on display so that I could go to view it. All email enquiries were answered promptly. Furniture was delivered quickly once ordered and I am very pleased with my purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this great company again.

We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture having only viewed it online . Also the service and attention to our needs was first class. Only four stars given as the seats are very hard.

Excellent customer service. I made an error in the order I placed which was spotted by the team and corrected after referring back to me for confirmation. Delivery and unpacking was done efficiently ( though i wouldn't mind having the scissors that I lent to the installer returned!) I would recommend this company for its understanding of the difficulty of placing an order without being able to see the item due to a lack of showrooms in my area.

Ordered a kids loom chair with a powder pink cushion through Mark , received very promptly . My little girl loves it and is very happy. Well done to everyone at Desser! :)

The chair is beautiful. However the delivery service was not good.Had to be asked by a 88 year old to put it in the e correct position.Also did not unwrap and remove the packaging
Update telephone call today from panther logistics who were the delivery service.Apologised and have been given £25 as an apology for the poor service .Thank you Desser for reading my review and acting on it
