Stay far away
Edit: I have read other reviews, any company that scams you, report them to CFPB and not just BBB!!! It’s the same process online but the CFPB holds companies financially and legally responsible. I had a company scam me out of $500 and the CFPB got me my money back. Just google CFP and make a complaint. It’s a government ran program that that many don’t know about.

I have only had my destiny card for a few years, maybe less. I’m trying to overall be debt-free and so I chose this card because it had a very low credit amount and I rarely ever carry a balance. I recently paid off half my card, but I noticed that even though my payment was processed, it was not reflecting on my account. I have been trying to call not only the destiny card customer service, but their Parent and company Corona credit. None of the listed phone numbers are working. I don’t mean they’re busy, I mean they’re out of order. What is going on?? How is it that a financial institution can simply have absolutely no way to reach them. They don’t have an email address, they don’t have online chatting and now their phones are simply disconnected. Very concerning.
