I have no idea who or what this company is.
I noticed a transaction of £55 on my bank statement that I did not recognise.
I contacted the bank who then refunded the payment as a fraudulent transaction.

if the the T&C's say you have to be a content creator, why are you allowing casinos that are not on gamstop to make transactions through yourselves?

If I could give 0 stars I would, stay away from this company, I had transactions with this company, never received or purchased any goods or services from them, they fail to respond to any emails! I’ve reported this company and urge everybody to stay away from this site

Great support! They quickly helped me resolve my issue with 2FA and account access. I'm satisfied with the service.

Negative reviews about this company are accurate, don't let them fool you. They're asking people to leave them positive reviews. My account was fully set up to take payments and was all set. destream suspended the ability to receive payments and also isn't allowing the money on the account to be withdrawn. Though nothing has been told to me as far as there being any issues. I'm completely unaware of what's going on. Nobody will respond to emails and chat messages asking for assistance, though it shows them being read. No responses to messages on any of their social media platforms either. They will end up getting shut down/shutting down, it's a matter of when.

Edit: They're claiming my review is fraud and tried to have it removed. It wasn't because the review is accurate. They STILL have my funds and it's 02/09/2025. They need to release my funds and won't.

is spam i got money 100$ and is closed my account direct and not answer or anything is spam and scam

Company keeps spamming and cold calling me on twitch/email trying to get me to ingergrate them into my streams.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I contacted destream about services not received and countless number of transactions taken from my account. When I contacted destream their support team were rude and at times disrespectful to the point of accusing me of wrongdoing. As with other reviews destream would rather facilitate illicit transactions and not support anyone. Awful platform and even worse support. My emails are now being ignored but I suppose at least when I go to my bank I can explain everything and prove they are not responding

Самая безответственная платформа которая ворует деньги и снимает со счёта простых людей , я писал комментарии и в тех поддержку на что мне ответили что снятие средств невозможно без моего кода подтверждения , это значит я во сне решил прислать им деньги просто так без всякого повода , вы что клоуны издеваетесь....грабители и воры

No protection for buyers. Once you pay, there is no way to redress if you dont get your goods.
Edit: I threaten legal action if I don't get my goods. I guess where you are headquatered, legal action is considered unethical. Its easier to blame others rather than having proper protection for your end users. FYI, I never received my goods.
