Great job on the vehicle but my one complaint is leaving trash in the driveway that I have to pick up.

Service scheduled btw 02:00-05:00pm. Details.com kept apar of the small time frames of when technician would be here. Brandon was timely. Spent a good 2 1/2 on my car and did an excellent job. Unfortunately it was raining for good part of the time he was here therefore the basic exterior washing was hard to tell. However tires were well cleaned and I was satisfied with it. Thanks.

I am still in shock with how they restored my car and truck. They kept us updated the entire time. Five stars isn’t even a high enough rating for them. The technician was extremely professional, thorough and caring. I would highly recommend them to detail your car if you want it done right. I had the best hard working dedicated technician I’ve ever seen he took zero short cuts. A++++

The scheduling and payment were both easy and convenient but for the price of 300$ there is still very noticable stains on the seats, dirt inside the trunk door frame, and dust in the center console. It does look better than before and it does have noticable differences, but for the price I hope for perfection.

2nd time using the service and in different states!! I am a customer for life. Car looks brand new after the service!!

The team did a 5 ++ job, so pleased with how clean the interior of my truck is. They battled mounds of dog hair and won, my truck is beautiful again.

I am sooo happy with the amazing job TJ & Jerry (from Detail.com) did today on my car. I really didn't think it could actually almost look new again. So worth it!!! I will definitely be telling my family & friends. Thank again guys...

My $549 TITANIUM detail package looks great from 10' away. after closer inspection it was not worth $549, I have had better detail results at my local car wash for less than $300. there are water/soap spots on the windshield, swirl marks on the paint and I am certain a clay bar was not used (using my clay bar on the fender resulted in a dirty clay bar. with many swirl marks and superficial scratches I am sure there was no polish used before waxing. Asking the detailer if a clay bar or polish was used he pretended he didn't understand the question and didn't answer. we had no communication problem before my question.would I ever use detail.com again...NEVER! Trying to contact detail.com to provide my comments, I keep trying without results!

Jeremy arrived the same day in the first selected time window and did a great job with an extra dirty minivan (messy little kids). Kudos to Jeremy for a great job in spite of the 100 degree heat.

Louis, the technician who performed the srvice, was pleasant was pleasant and efficient. My four dogs left him with plenty of hair and window smears to deal with and he did an incredible job. The interior of my car looks like new again.

1st time using them and I'm extremely happy with the results. Communication was great. And detailer was super nice and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Disgusted with their customer service . My son bought this course for me for £200 and paid through Clearpay. Everything was sent in his name and his email etc when it was a gift for me. I have emailed twice to ask them to change the course to my name as I can not access any course materials or sign in to the student portal. They haven’t even had the decency to email back. What a waste of £200!! Absolutely disgusting!!

The detail.com technician arrived early in the window of time that I was given. He was very polite and professional from start to finish. He did a fantastic job on detailing my 2014 4Runner which was not an easy chore as I have used my truck off road in extreme conditions often for the entire ten years I have had the vehicle. I had selected an inside and outside package deal with per hair removal. I am VERY happy with the detailing and the level of friendly and professional service. I will gladly use detail.com in the future and have already recommended them to my wife for her car.

Elmer was elite. Couldn’t be happier with how he performed and took care of our two cars. I will use him and detail.com from here on out.
