Had an ordered placed with them for £30 something and then I noticed I got charged £70 again which I wasn’t sure why then I checked and realised they started subscription which they didn’t mentioned earlier an after placing an order I emailed them about it within 30 mins so I can cancel my order and subscription to get back my refund and after that email they replied me back they will cancel my order but that’s was the only time I heared and after that all I had was hope and now I am going to escalate it with bank.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered on Tues 15th April for next day delivery and still I have not received my order despite sending loads of emails and Instgram messages - its been radio silence. I suspect this company is a scam, DO NOT ORDER OR GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

The order was dispatched and received within 48hr however what was sent was the wrong pack. Despite multiple emails I’ve heard nothing back and had to escalate this via my credit card company.

They clearly don’t care about customers.

I was really worried after I placed my order as I was seeing negative reviews. But honestly I cannot fault this company. My delivery came via DPD with the usual tracking so I knew when it was arriving. Yes the box is quite damp when you get it but that’s because the juices are frozen so have been defrosting during transport, that is no problem with the company or DPD. I was missing two juices from my 5 day order, I emailed and within a day I had a reply informing my they’d shipped out the missing bottles plus a couple of extra. It arrived a day later with four juices, no quibbles, no ghosting! Their customer service is spot on. The green juice is my favourite by far. The orange has a really strong warm kick like a ginger shot!

Ordering was easy,delivery was quick and on time. The juices arrived as explained in the description. The courier knocked at the door and handed it to me. The juice was tasty, but for me didn't like beetroot one..that's personal preference. Done the detox to shift some pounds before holiday...and lost 10lb.. along with drinking lots of water as recommended..done it for 4 days with a light meal either lunch or dinner. Didn't really feel hungry Would like to see alternative flavours,but overall very satisfied..I'm bk from my holiday now and will but this again. 😊

Absolutely awful. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY. Delivery driver threw the already broken and water damaged remains of a box on the doorstep leaving all the unfrozen bottles to leak and roll all over the driveway. I told the delivery driver I wasn't accepting it and that he was to take it away with him. I was completely ignored and he drove off leaving the mess behind. There is NO way to contact the company so it was money and product down the drain!

Absolutely Atrocious Company
Stay away from this company. They use a courier company who drop off FRESH FOOD at someone's doorstep without even knocking at the door
You can't contact the company (despite them telling everyone to contact them if they have a problem) as there is NO WAY to contact them. When you complain they tell you not to order again. Absolutely and utterly childish company who avoid criticism and pretend it doesn't exist
