Posted a printer repair request on Yell and Paul from Developing ways replied within the hour, quick response to my initial question and offered to collect and repair the printer at a very reasonable fixed price, Paul picked the printer up, carried out a full repair and returned it within 24hrs, great service, very prompt and great price.

We called Paul and he came to the house to look at our printer the same day. There was a paper jam and he was able to fix it in around 30 minutes. He confirmed prior to the visit that there would be no charge if he was unable to rectify the problem. He sorted out the jam successfully and we were very happy with the service.
