Excellent service!
I received my items right on time, will definitely be ordering again.

The app was really easy to use and there were images for every grocery item so I knew exactly what I’d be ordering. When an item I ordered was not available I was quickly contacted and was able to pick an alternative which saved from any disappointment upon delivery. After placing my order I received the items in about 8 minutes which is very impressive considering that includes the time taken for me to pick an alternative for an out of stock item. Overall I had a great experience, I would use the app again and recommend for everyone to try it!

The package was not done properly although the ice cream was great ! The rider hasn’t worn a mask when giving me the ice cream which is a concern.

I created an order and on short notice someone else requested something else. I contacted customer support and while there was no formal way to amend the order, they contacted the store and added an extra item without an extra delivery/service charge.

It seems trivial to most to amend an order but as someone who understands how these backend systems work it was incredible of Devo to contact the store and refund me the additional delivery/service charge manually.

Why i give them 4 stars because they give me dog what i did not order,i order cat food i will not happy because i do not have a dog.

Amazing service. The person I spoke to had great communications skills and managed to solve my situation after a lot of hard work. The shop failed to deliver the full items I ordered and also delivered wrong items. Devo Grocery delivery was very transparent with the situation and managed to redeliver the correct items to me admitting the mistake. I was upset because I had to wait a couple of hours to get my items, however the way that was handled by Devo, overwrote the shop mistakes and the waiting time. Great service.

Needed some items urgently for New Year's Eve, Devo came to the rescue and I had the items within about 25 minutes!!
