Both Gabriel and Jess have been very helpful in trying to resolve my problem in the fastest way possible. Keeping on top of the contractors and trying to bring forward resolution. Lily was fantastic. The effort she went through in trying to sort something out for me with third parties was just surreal. She managed to squeeze something out of the rental company that I wasnt able to. And even though it wasn't exactly what I needed, to get anything at all was extraordinary. Well done, Lily. Look after her please. You got a goodun there. Edit: Had to call back to tie up some loose ends, and Gabriel was a pleasure as well. Cheers everyone.
