Devon Hampers has been sharing the best of the West Country since 2014, creating thoughtful food and drink hampers filled with produce from Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Our range includes Devon cream teas served the proper Devon way, with cream first, alongside artisan cheeses, chutneys, preserves, biscuits, cakes, chocolates, ciders, ales, wines and other local favourites. We work directly with small producers wherever possible and taste-test products before adding them to our hampers, so every gift reflects the quality and character of the West Country. Customers can choose from our ready-made hampers or create their own for a more personal gift. Whether you are sending a birthday present, thank you gift, thinking-of-you surprise, corporate hamper or a treat for yourself, we make it easy to send something thoughtful. We deliver across mainland UK and offer helpful touches such as chosen delivery dates and personalised gift messages. We are also proud to have received recognition from Taste of the West and Food Drink Devon, including Best Online Retailer awards. Everything we send is chosen with care: simple, memorable gifts packed with food and drink from producers who care about what they make.

The delivery was disappointing
The Hamper was really lovely as usual . Delivery was disappointing, hamper was a gift for a ninety year lady on her birthday. It wasn’t delivered until early evening, when her birthday was almost over and she doesn’t open the the door when it’s late . No card was left a message was sent to me saying it had gone to a local post office for collection next day . I had to contact her son to collect it for her and as the hamper contains clotted cream , not a good idea . Hamper was good delivery was not . Sadly

Thank you Debbie for your 5* review.
A great gift.
The order was placed by phone as my Internet was down and the gentleman guided me through the process very efficient and helpful and very nice. The order was for a vegan friend of mine, who absolutely loved the hamper which was tailored to her liking. Top marks all round and would recommend Devon hampers 100%. This is my second time using them and definitely will order again, what great customer service.

Dry scones
My mother was sent a cream tea after a hospital stay. Sadly the scones were very dry and disappointing. Jam was lovely but sadly not with scones.

Resposta da Devon Hampers
Dear Jacqui,
I'm so sorry to hear that your mother was disappointed with the scones in her cream tea, especially when a thoughtful friend had arranged this gift after her hospital stay.
This is very unusual feedback for us as we rarely receive complaints about our scones. We do recommend heating them in the microwave for 10 seconds before serving, which makes them lovely and fluffy again. I realise this information may not have been clearly provided with the delivery.
I'm pleased to hear she enjoyed the jam, though I understand this doesn't make up for her disappointment with the scones.
I do hope your mother is recovering well from her hospital stay and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, it helps us to consistently improve our service to our customers.
