After a couple of years stressing about my ongoing debt I decided enough was enough and I need to do something about it, so after contacting Dexter Bell I can thankfully say that now all my debts are covered by one manageable monthly payment and now hopefully my life can start getting back in track!! 5 stars and thank you

Great service, understanding and supportive. Always at the end of the phone when needed.

I was contacted by various other debt management companies, who were useless, except at collecting money.
Then, I cannot remember how, Dexter Bell took over. i was immediately reassured by their honest and practical explanation of the process of debt management, including setting my most affordable repayments. ( Which were reduced at a later stage ) Their initial payment was very low, and they contacted all my card companies to negotiate my repayments, including at zero interest and no costs. Their own costs were very reasonable. Even reduced total repayments were negotiated, but unfortunately I could not find such sums.
My feeling of relief was immense. D.B. were superb at achieving that feeling.
I could contact them without any worries of additional fees and the need for haste.
To sum up, Richard, Patrick and Katrina felt like good friends, and deserve more than 5 stars.

Really good service and very professional. I would recommend to anyone in serious debt problems - takes so much pressure off you and you can start to enjoy life again, knowing your debts are being paid off and you can't get yourself further into debt. I was in two minds whether to go into debt management or not, but I'm five months in now and have not once regretted the decision.

They have been excellent from the start and have kept me informed about the progress they have made with the banks and providers.

From the very first phone call with Dexter Bell where I spoke to Katrina discussing the possibility of going on an IVA and she advised me to go on a debt management plan, I cannot rate the service standards shown to myself highly enough.
There’s been no judgement of the financial situation I find myself on the part of Dexter Bell, only a first class service with regards to helping me long-term resolve the matter with care and consideration given to myself at every point of the journey so far.
