Worst Ever

Worst Ever, they make you feel that they are giving you the delivery for free, very slow responses and non friendly, their customer service is the worst, everything is just very bad, you send an email and wait, live chat is non friendly, you cant contact USA people you have to wait till Sunday so they be back to work so they can be useless.

The big rip off

Shipping Charges 150% of the items shipped (even with 25% discount). Exaggerated volumetric weight (more than double the real weight). Also, earlier this year, they shipped me a screen protector that arrived completely smashed, their employees wrote to me that it is completely their mistake but never paid back neither the shipping costs nor the value of the item.

Very bad service setup

Very bad service setup. Be carefull when dealing with them.
they declare the items value and collect duty/taxes as per their wish. you cannot contact them or call them for correction.
DHL easyshop contact numbers on their address fake and non operational

My shipment has never arrived to me but…

My shipment has never arrived to me but I received an email from the merchant that it was arrived in the address they provided me withand I haven’t received anything and no email. I can’t contact them anywhere either.

Shockingly bad service

What absolutely shocking customer service from Me. Gamal and the EasyShop team - for an issue, may I add that was all due to DHL.

So after speaking to Mr. Gamal’s boss regarding the insufficient refund of 66 QAR, and his statement that he would speak to Mr. Gamal on it as it was unfair that I am being charged full shipping on an item that DHL BROKE (£53 shipping cost), Two weeks later I received a call that my cheque was available for collection.
I noted to Lena of DHL who called me, that I do not have a bank account in Qatar (I am a housewife here) so therefore a cheque was of no good to me. I asked if it can be made in my husband’s name and was told no but she’ll speak to finance and call me on the upcoming Monday.
Two weeks later I get a call from Lena to say I can collect it and it can be in cash. When I went to collect, it’s in cheque form - no use to me. And icing on the cake - it’s 66QAR.
Their service throughout this long drawn out process has been nothing short of horrendous. While DHL the global company continues to be my logistics provider of choice your EasyShop department thinks its customers are a joke. I am absolutely disappointed that they have blemished the good reputation of such an excellent company at every single point of contact In have had with them.

What a disaster I have been a customer…

What a disaster I have been a customer for 4 years. Suddenly now they refuse to consolidate items when shipping. They want to charge me as if I am shipping each item alone with a separate tracking number. I tried to explain to them there calculation to ship this time was wrong. Not only did they refuse to listen or pretend they dont understand they ignore. On there website it explains clearly pricing when shipping. Say you ship 2 items the first item is full price but the second item only costs you 25 percent of the full charge. They want to charge me 100 percent for both at full rate. At this point its borderline extortion.....hate to talk to a lawyer but might have to anyone else have the same issue please reach out.

It feels weird being the only positive…

It feels weird being the only positive review here but this was my experience:
Shipment showed up on their site within 24 hours from delivery. They took a picture of the package and attached it to their site!. Product cost estimation was "Almost" spot on, it was 8% more. shipment departed the next day and I received it just 2 days later (3 days total from delivery to my doorstep).
Pros:
Shows up in site within 24 hours.
They attach a picture of the package.
Great detailed tracking updates.
Close product estimation (But not exact, it was 8% more).
Cons:
No mobile App.

Worst Service Ever
not only they are taking double fees compared to the other forward companies but also the provide a careless and turtle speed service.
Never use it again...I will ensure to share this horrible experience with all my connections

Poor service

Not worth shipping items with batteries on this courier service. Additional $41 charge and takes a very long time to ship. Never experienced he same with other shipping companies.

They charged two times and took 1 month to ship...

three weeks ago I thought let's give them a try but now I regret it. Here is my story:

1- Easyshop identified a non-flammable cooking torch as Gun! and a few earplugs as vitamins. As a result the held the shipment and didn't give a notice. This took 2-3 days.

2- They didn't follow up, and after I asked them why it is stuck, they said you have gun and medications! The culinary torch, even though had no canister and was completely safe, they said they still cannot ship it. It took them 2-3 days to fix their records.

3- They said we don't return it (even though they are a shipping company!) and you need to provide return label yourself. We provided return label. This took another day.

4- I asked them to ship the rest of the items while this item is being returned. They said no, we first need to ship this item, then we can start processing your request. They could have very easily cooperated and saved a few days but they chose not to cooperate.

5- They mistakenly thought the return label is incorrect and didn't return the item, until we had to go to the post office and get the confirmation that our return label was correct. This took another 2 days.

6- After 5 days, I saw that there are no status updates on my shipment. I asked them and they said, since you have a mobile phone and this mobile phone has a bettery, it will take 14 days instead of 4 days. They said we haven't shipped yet!

7- I asked can you separate the phone and ship the rest, they responded no we cannot do this.

With such poor service and such a long shipping time, the question is why do they charge so much?

I have paid 150$ including about 50$ handling fee. This whole thing could have been much cheaper and faster with less headache if I hadn't made the wrong decision to give them a try.

Never use this service.

Using this service would be your biggest mistake!!!

On the 20th of May 2020 they stopped their services their reason was Ramadan and the eid holiday they stopped the business for 11 days until the 1st of June 2020.

I ordered an item via amazon.com usa which was sent on the 1st of June and it was delivered on that date it took easyshop by DHL 9 days to update my mailbox, I paid for the item on that same day the same time I received the email. I got a status update via DHL the status of the parcel stayed the same for 14 days form the 10th of June until the 24th of June, of course I would email easyshop and their reply would be please be patient and understanding I received the same email with the same contents three times and when I contact DHL Kuwait they would say easyshop DHL didn't hand over your package so they send you a parcel tag but it may take even more days to ship it from the USA . I decided within that period to ask for a full refund for my item which was a hair trimmer and for the shipping fees that I paid for and received no service in return.

DHL Kuwait would ignore but I kept sending emails to their operations manager and his associate (just copy and paste what you type for one person), they asked their head of customer care to contact me and I informed her of every email I sent to easyshop DHL.

To make things short don't stand with your hands folded ask DHL in your country to refund you the money since this service is provided by DHL and stop ordering from them.

Why should anyone pay for a package before it is even shipped, their services cost double other services in addition to that you pay a premium for a fast service which in this case is not provided.

Borderlinx was an old forwarding service handled by DHL and they failed although they were fast at shipping but their high costs led them to stop thier business and for having other competitors, DHL easyshop is an attempt to revive borderlinx but this time they failed miserably.

I emailed them a week ago and haven't…

I emailed them a week ago and haven't received a reply yet. They don't provide a phone number for customer support. My shipment is stuck with them and I can't do anything about it. Very bad customer service and unethical business practices. Shame on them!

I gave it a shot but regretted it

I gave it a shot but regretted it. The product I wanted to reship contained lithium ion battery rechargeable battery, same battery also used in Laptops and cellphones. It's a rechargeable battery and used in so many electronic devices. They refused to ship it and i reshipped it to Aramex who had no issues shipping the same item to me and they charged me only 20% of DHL would have charge. Their shipping cost is outrageous, i will NEVER recommend any shipping service whose shipping cost is based on Volumetric weight not the actual weight of the item. Please stay away from DHLEASY as its NOT Easy!

Unprofessional.

Unprofessional.
Insisted my item contains Lithium when it clearly doesn’t as per official documentation. Refused to help, and refused to look at the documentation, and refused to provide proof for their none sense. I’ll never use their services again.

Don’t bother. Use MYUS or Aramex or any other service basically.
