My experience would diabetic exchange USA has been and I hope will continue to be professional productive and positive with quick turnarounds with the pay as long as I do my part and make sure that when I send my package it is damaged proof So that I could have my items process immediately which has been the norm when they were in Skokie Illinois now that they have moved this will be interesting to see how fast they process my package that they're going to receive later on today in this Friday's mail run which would be perfect to have some type of extra income I trust and believe in their ability to continue to have great success and a positive outcome on both ends if anything is stagnated on my past experience is usually on my end I probably didn't take the time to make sure that the package were sent in a way they wouldn't be damaged so I diligently make sure that process is complete Look forward to doing continue business with diabetic exchange USA Go Go Go

Diabetic Exchange is very helpful and are like family in my home. They respond to questions if you have any and they always keep their word. I have developed a great friendship with this company. I urge you to use this company to sell any extra supplies you have. Your in good hands. 👍🏽 They also pay more than all the other companies.

I sent them 3 brand new Dexcom G7 15 day sensors that I had actually received directly from Dexcom itself with more than 13 months for expiration dates in mint condition boxes and were shipped with care and bubble wrapped. I was supposed to get $90 for each one and when they received it they said one had a small wrinkle on the box and were only able to pay $30 for one of them or they could send it back for a fee of $10 subtracted from the amount owed. I would not recommend this company to anybody as they play the game to make sure they win and find a way to deduct money for any kind of reason. Your score with me is an “F” for FAILED !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PRODUCT AND LOWBALL YOU !

Fast and friendly

I’m so grateful for Diabetic Exchange USA!! When I have a extra box of blood test strips all I have to do is send them a email asking for a empty shipping box with a prepaid shipping label and I’ll receive it within 4-6 days!! After that I simply pack and tape up the box and send it off!! Then within 3-5 days I’ll have extra spending money posted right into my Venmo account!! It’s that simple!! I give them 10 out of 10 Stars on everything this company does!! Thanks guys!!
