I feel sorry some people had a bad experience with DiabolikDVD. :( I must admit the no refund issues are worrying.
I'm in France and I ordered 2 blurays, the fantastic remasters of Excalibur. We have to support such exceptional release !
With basic Fedex shipping, It took 10 days, from the US to France. The blurays were well packaged, not a single scratch or damaged corner. Perfect.
Be careful if you check their store tho, because... You'll end up wanting to buy tons of movies. They are the Ali Baba's cave of dark and dank movies. You have been warned !

Warning to everyone, Diabolik won't cancel your pre orders and refund you, instead they will only give you store credit.
Which is absolutely absurd, once you place an order you are stuck with it, Amazon and many other companies refund you the amount directly.

Great store. I have ordered from them multiple times. All movies are always packed very securely. From my experience they can take a longer to get preorders out than other stores such as Orbit, but for non preorders I still use them a lot. One of the best physical media stores to order from.

ENG - I wanted a Limited DvD Box from another website but they were out of stock so someone told me to come here and I'm not disappointed. The box got delivered in less than 10 days even tho I'm in France, in perfect condition. Also they respond pretty quickly on Twitter so it's easy to talk to them and ensure everything is fine. Would recommend.

FR - Je voulais une Box DvD Limitée mais il n'y en avait plus sur le site d'origine, quelqu'un m'a donc parlé de ce site et je ne suis pas déçu. Le produit a été livré en moins de 10 jours alors que j'habite en France, sans aucun soucis. Aussi, ils répondent assez vite sur Twitter ce qui est plutôt utile pour être sûr que tout va correctement.

I have ordered 2 items in the past 2 months since I started collecting again. I am in South Africa and both items arrived quickly and well packaged, in perfect condition. I will be using DiabolikDVD for all my blu ray and 4K needs going forward.

Serious website. The Bluray was sent quickly with FedEx (3 days) and I live in France.

Really poor customer service. Actually told me to go F*** yourself. Actual words from the company.

Diabolik and Jessee are a fantastic film/dvd/blu-ray store...perhaps the best...fair prices , greatttt! inventory...always a pleasure to do business with them

DiabolikDVD is a great site... They offer great stuff & package your stuff with care (postalservices handeling of the packages isn't the fault of DiabolikDVD).

DiabolikDVD would more then likly have my main source for physical media,but that being said, I do wish DiabolikDVD was "IOSS" registered for us customers in Europe, where the packages will get caught in customs & cost us an arm & a leg to get released from there.

When Sites like WOWHD, Eureka & 88 Films can offer it and some of them even offer free shipping around the world, I don't see any reason why DiabolikDVD can't do it too, so that's the only reason why I don't give a 5 star experience.

Paid over $20 for Express International Shipping. First they took a week to ship it. Then it took another week to get to USPS because they used a shipping partner. Then it took two more weeks to show up. After Christmas. I will never be shopping with these guys again and I suggest you don't either.

I had purchased a 4K film from Diabolik that was only available to buy the US as I am in the UK. Unfortunately, it had arrived damage but Jesse at Diabolik sorted out a replacement copy and sent it out to me which arrived in perfect condition. Thank you. Good service and excellent communication.
