I've used it for the first time. I think it's new platform and maybe that's why it has bugs. But don't make this fool you. The team will be there for any problem you have. I talked with Prasanta from the team and he solved the problems I had. It's my experience at least for now.

For numbers in other countries, local regulations require certain documents to verify the user and ensure compliance with national telecommunication rules. This process is not unique to Dialaxy—it is standard practice in every country that regulates virtual or mobile numbers. These requirements help protect both the user and the telecom ecosystem from misuse or fraudulent activity.
All necessary documentation and submission guidelines are clearly listed on our website under each country’s section. Once the documents are submitted and approved, you can be assigned the desired number, whether it is a local, mobile, or toll-free number.

We were desperate to find a local Singapore line to call our leads in Singapore and I can say Dialaxy is the best. They provided great help when we signed in, answers all our inquiries and questions in a timely manner. Helped us set up our local line and trouble shoot the line when needed.
