Poor quality control & customer service
Specifically asked for a new piece. However, earrings was not a new piece with chipping/scratch on it. The store manager Dorothy provided terrible customer service. She did not bother to help or provide a solution.

Helaas werden we zaterdag in de winkel…
Helaas werden we zaterdag in de winkel in Antwerpen erg onvriendelijk behandeld. We werden of genegeerd door de winkelbedienden of de ringen die mijn dochter wilde bekijken werden zonder commentaar onder haar neus vandaan getrokken. Ook al stond ik bij de kassa en betaalde ik voor drie ringen. Jammer, we zijn tot nu toe goede en enthousiaste klanten geweest, maar met dit verkooppersoneel komen we de winkel in de toekomst niet meer in.

Bij het lezen van je feedback zijn we wel geschrokken en na een korte navraag bij het team van zaterdag begrijpen we niet wat er is misgelopen. Ik kan je verzekeren dat er geen enkele intentie was om jullie te negeren of slechte service te geven. Eerder integendeel, want iedereen had er een goed gevoel bij.
We gaan je in de volgende dagen even bellen, zodat we beter begrijpen waar we onze service nog kunnen verbeteren.

My experience was horrible
My experience was horrible, I feel ripped off, the company is not trustworthy. I live in Canada and I ordered pair of earrings from them and they send only one earring, I complained to them and they agreed to send me a missing part, as it was a gift and took a while with shipping and everything I just decided to return them, returns are not free and I paid from my pocket 40$. Now they won’t accept the return for no reason. And I have to pay the fee again to claim them back. Horrible-horrible nightmare I have to go through. Do not order from them as they are scammers.

While we understand that you chose to return the product, please rest assured that this is no problem at all, and we are happy to accept your return, we would like to clarify the situation. Our return policy does require the customer to cover the return shipping costs, and as per international shipping regulations, customs duties and taxes are also the customer’s responsibility. It appears that the return was not accepted because the full customs duties were not paid upon return. This is standard procedure for international shipments, and we apologize if this was not clear during the return process.
We understand how this has caused confusion and we genuinely want to help resolve it. To avoid any further inconvenience, we recommend paying the customs duties to have the package released. Once you receive the package, please contact us directly, and we will do our utmost to assist you in finding a satisfactory solution.
