In this season of thanks, I would be remiss if I did not include Laurent and all of Diamond Ideals. I severely damaged my engagement ring — a once-perfect but delicate diamond ring given to me by my late husband. I had to save my ring. With great care and kindness, Laurent began. He worked tirelessly to find an expert who could repair the ring. Four in the field said immediately that it was impossible. Undeterred, Laurent did not give up. He ultimately found someone whom I can only describe as the “diamond whisperer”. Two weeks later my ring was returned to me fully restored — it was perfect! Once again it’s at home on my finger and I can’t take my eyes off of it! Thank you.
