Symbols are hard to read, even with a lighting pad. I ordered a custom print that had lettering on it. Their suggestion was to order at least a 40cm x 60 cm for quality, which I did. No one emailed me a proof prior to shipping to make sure I was okay with it and, of course, they don't refund custom orders. They also didn't post my review and none of the reviews on there were less than 3 stars. Scam company.

The company delivered my order to the wrong address after a one month shipping period. They allegedly sent me a new order more than three MONTHS ago and it has yet to arrive. Customer service tells me it’s in transit and they expedited it, but nothing. They REFUSE to refund my money which I equate to stealing. They have my money and I have nothing. It’s infuriating.

This is a fraudulent site. I never received my kit and nobody would ever get back with me from customer care. I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. I gave it 2 months. Do not order from here.

If I could rate their customer service ower than a 1 I would. I was emailing them concerning getting a refund and am currently blocked from emailing them. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy being scammed out of your money.

I had to go pick mine up at the post office and pay 10.00 because it was mailed with fraudulent postage!

I placed my order over a month ago and checked on its progress in shipping every few days. March 26 it said it was in Indianapolis. I checked 5 days later and it said it was delivered. I was so happy until I noticed it said it was delivered on March 26! I never received my order or refund, sent 2 emails and stopped at my USPS office. The tracking number I was given is not valid, they cannot track it. Obviously a scam and I really wish I had read the reviews. I ordered from another company that shipped from China with no problems. Don’t order from them!!

I ordered from them on February 11th. It is now March 22nd and it still isn't here. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I REALLY wish I had not ordered from Diamond Painting Pro!! Trying to send my cousin a gift and 9 days after the order was placed I finally received a confirmation email that said the order would be delivered between 7-30??? days and might come in separate pieces... I emailed support saying this didn't work for me and got 2 AI generated responses saying they could no longer refund the order since it had shipped (the tracking seems to show that it hasn't gone anywhere!). I think they're a scam. I contacted my cc company and just ordered her a different one from Diamond Art Club, but I found it kind of stressful and really wish I'd checked here first!

It’s a scam. They don’t send anything. I inquired about my order from 2 months ago and they sent me a random picture of shipping tracking which was obviously fake.

Took telling them I would start leaving reviews and doing a credit card chargeback for them to refund the order that never shipped. The shipping timeframes listed on the website is not the same as customer service states is their policy.

Wish I would have looked here before completing my purchase. So tired of ordering from these companies that say they ship from the US, only to find out it ships from China. Needless to say, still waiting on my order that I ordered 3 weeks ago. Will never order from them again.

Ordered two kits and both ended up in the trash. Could not make out some of the symbols even with a magnifying glass and taking photos. Finished one of them and it did not even come close to what the picture was supposed to be. Will never order from them again. Buyer Beware.

I ordered kit before Christmas as a gift. Paid extra for expedited shipping . It is now Jan 14 and tracking say it is still in China. Tried to cancel order as it had not even shipped until about week ago. Company claimed they couldn’t cancel. Don’t use this company unless you want to wait ??? Who know when or if it will actually arrive.

My problem with this company is the inconsistency in the amount of drills you get for each picture. My picture is gorgeous, but it’s missing many different colored drills and then I have an over abundance of color which I don’t need. I did contact them to send me more drills, but I haven’t heard back yet.

Company made a mistake and put the wrong shipping label on my package so I never received it. Have been going back and forth with them for over a month and still don't have a replacement. Phone number they supply is no good, no one ever answers and there is no voicemail. It just rings until you hang up.

Its a fraudulent company with the worst customer service. Glad my bank disputed the charges and I was able to get my money back.

Item took about a month to arrive. Box was damaged. picture inside had large creases in it. I should have looked at reviews before ordering item. I did send email expressing my unsatisfaction. If they don’t get back to me, I’m going to dispute the charge. Horrible!

This is a shit company don’t use them. RIP you off. Any problems like I had they are uncontactable. Tried to leave message on their internal message system comes up with error every time. Tried to send email to their support services several times comes back “failed delivery”. This company is a sham. Again I say DONT BUY FROM THEM.
