Ordered over a month and a half ago. Still not arrived.

I ordered a dress in two colors to see which I preferred. I wrote back once I tried them on that I would keep black and not beige and that I wanted to return the beige - they don't respond. They are absolute SCAMMING THIEVES.

Horrible customer service !the dress i ordered was just ok, thin and it didn't fit. I went to return it. they only offered a 30% refund and then never actually refunded anything! stopped answering my emails. Do not shop here!

I Ordered a dress and it was too small. I wanted to return the dress and the return policy states that in order to make a return, you must contact them and tell them the reason for the return and once they approve it, they will give you the address to send the return. I have contacted them several times and no one has gotten back to me. I would not recommend this company. I would Stick to reputable companies that have customer service and a return policy.

Do NOT buy! The dress is cheap material and SUPER itchy. The fit isn't great. They haven't responded to my calls or emails about returns. ITS A SCAM! I have emailed them over 2 weeks ago to return and radio silence.

I had the same experience as everyone below. Terrible. Claiming a money back guarantee but then ignoring all my emails. It’s been over a month I’ve been trying to get a refund.

The "linen" dress I ordered, which looks like linen in the pictures and is listed as "75% linen, 25% cotton," is absolutely NOT linen. It feels fully synthetic, and there is no material tag on the garment at all (which is not even legal in Canada). Don't trust this company!

I have made a complaint with the competition bureau of Canada for the missing fabric tag and misleading advertising.

This is a farse. The website says it has a 100% money back guarantee. when I attempted to return a dress because it did not fit, I was told to keep the dress and choose something else in exchange instead of a refund, but they wanted my credit card for shipping. NO. Now no return emails to my requests.

Completely fake website! Stealing product images from independent brands and posting fake reviews/reviews of the other brand!! Awful

Ordered a dress, it never arrived, was charged full amount, extremely slow and bad customer service. Ordered a dress two and a half months ago (ordered dec. 11th as a Christmas gift). After multiple emails asking for an update and after receiving no reply a refund I was told to just wait, since delays like this one are “beyond their control”. I answered a minute after to ask for a refund again and have still received no answer.

This website is absolutely a scam and I never write reviews. I ordered a couple items and they sent me something completely different that was a cheap piece of garbage. At first I still thought they had simply gotten my order wrong and asked if they could exchange my order for what I had actually ordered - they claimed to have sent the correct items out to resolve. Months of following up later and no update from their end. I filed a chargeback and lo and behold they responded the next day with false concern about ‘resolving’ but then failed to reply afterwards. They then disputed my dispute with my credit card company but I have months of emails to show they are in the wrong along with these additional reviews.
Please heed our warnings and avoid at all costs. Now I see it was not an error it was fraudulent from the start.

I am one of the designers that this brand has Impersonated and is scamming. My brand is Star Cat, they took my content and photos from my IG and website to say that they were their own. They have me blocked on all platforms and are scamming people making them believe that they are getting my product. They are taking advantage of small business owners like myself and ripping off our designs and selling them as very low quality. Do not waste your money here.

Terrible.. cheap garbage not worth 10% of what you pay. They are complete thieves. the jacket looks NOTHING like the picture. I wish i had seen the reviewers (the real reviews, not the ones on their site) before they scammed me for 2 cheap jackets. They even got me to accidentally order and extra one and when i emailed them back less than 5 minutes after i submitted the order, they told me it was too late to cancel… then it took A MONTH to get the jackets even though i paid the express fee… i NEVER leave reviews. Please take heed, you WILL be sorry if you do not

Looks very cheap and far from the pictures they post on their website. I ordered a white fur (Sofia Plush Faux Fur Coat With Hood × 1) and it looks so so cheap. Won’t recommend it, unfortunately.

I thought I was ordering from a legitimate company, because Instagram advertised their jacket to me, so I trusted it and I looked at the reviews on their website, and trusted them, but they're really just using fake reviews and images from this legitimate business (Miss Circle New York).

I received my order, and the jacket is a completely different style and cheap looking. It's worth $40 maximum when I paid over $100. They won't give me a refund either. Only 30% refund, even though I didn't get what was pictured. Please do not purchase from this company.

Ordered fur coat December 5 and still have not received it and the tracking number goes to a blank page

SCAM. Ordered coat and never received it. No answer at their phone number and the email I sent was undeliverable.

Avoid unless you like giving you money to overseas scammer.

I purchased a dress that they claimed was linen and true to size, but it was too small and the fabric (not sure it was even linen) was see though. I immediately requested a return for refund via their posted timelines and was even provided a return label. I shipped the item back and notified them, and they responded that they would process my refund once the item was received. The tracking number confirmed delivery but I was never refunded my money. I sent numerous emails, but the never responded. I had to put in a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. I don’t usually post bad reviews, but hoping to save someone else from the headache of dealing with this company who has no integrity. And yes, I have receipts to back this up.

I would give 0 stars if I could. It says you can return items on their website but when you try to return them they don’t let you. Do not spend any money here! Quality of items were extremely poor.
