An unbelievable good experience
I ordered a replacement battery for a Lenovo X1Carbon 4th Gen on 2025/07/14 19:52 and it arrived promptly on the next day morning to my company at around 09:52. nicely wrapped up and heavily padded to insulate it from shocks.
It came with an instruction leaflet on how best to activate the full capacity of the battery, something I didn't know until then! Other than that, it included some tools for the replacement work such as screwdriver and plastic picks.
Many thanks for the excellent services of the company. I enjoyed this experience.

I ordered a replacement battery for my ancient Lenovo G460 on a Thursday and it arrived promptly on Saturday morning, nicely wrapped up and heavily padded to insulate it from shocks. It came with an instruction leaflet on how best to activate the full capacity of the battery, something I didn't know until then! Many thanks for the excellent services of the company.

The after-sales service is very poor.
I ordered two batteries on May 7, 2025, and one of them had a problem. I reported the problem to the merchant on May 12, 2025. On May 13, 2025, the merchant asked me to try several solutions. On May 15, 2025, I reported to the merchant that the solutions did not solve the problem and requested a replacement battery. It was only on May 15, 2025, that I received an email from the merchant asking me to agree to pay an additional HK$80 for them to send another battery. Up to now, my computer is still not usable.
