IMMERSA NELA PACE DELLA CAMPAGNA DI MODICA UNA STRUTTURA DI GRANDE ELEGANZA E FUNZIONALITA'. Ma questa esperienza in Sicilia è unica
La tua casa è una grande villa padronale immersa nei vitigni,a mezza costa fra l'Etna ed il mare,con vista dalla Calabria alla cima fumante del vulcano. Nessuna casa vicina a rompere la solitudine.
All'alba la sfera rossa del sole che sorge dal mar Jonio ,coma vedevano i nostri antenati greci.
Servizio di lusso con cuoco e personale a tua disposizione,che preparano cena e prima colazione secondo i tuoi desideri.
Tutte le comodità moderne,una grande piscina a sfioro,con tutte le attrezzature,un barbecue ed un grande tavolo per cene notturne.
Quando poi i collaboratori domestci tornano a casa loro,resti padrone di tutto il complesso come un gattopardo di memoria viscontea.

La posizione dell’alloggio vicino al mare è strepitosa. L’appartamento è molto comodo e funzionale; l’aggiunta di un forno microonde sarebbe sicuramente molto apprezzata, per aumentare il confort. Soggiorno davvero
piacevole, con un mare da cartolina. Il proprietario dell’apostolo è disponibile e gentile. Esperienza super consigliata!

Esperienza deludente, villa non all’altezza e gestione dei disservizi insoddisfacente

Nel periodo di Ferragosto abbiamo affittato, con la mia famiglia composta da 14 persone, Villa Vendicari a Marzamemi, aspettandoci una struttura adeguata al prezzo e alle caratteristiche presentate.

Purtroppo, al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati davanti a una villa vetusta e, a nostro avviso, priva della necessaria manutenzione sia degli spazi interni sia di quelli esterni.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato numerosi problemi, tra cui:

porte a soffietto che non si chiudevano;
bagni esterni soggetti ad allagamenti;
spazi esterni sporchi, con escrementi di animali non rimossi;
doccia interna priva di tendina e tappetino;
scale prive di corrimano;
un bagno inutilizzabile per buona parte del soggiorno;
ringhiere dei balconi arrugginite e che abbiamo ritenuto potenzialmente pericolose;
porte scorrevoli rumorose e difettose;
dotazioni della cucina insufficienti per 14 persone;
Wi-Fi instabile;
organizzazione degli spazi poco funzionale.
Quest'ultimo aspetto rende bene l'idea dell'organizzazione della villa: per raggiungere dalla cucina lo spazio esterno in cui era stato predisposto il tavolo per i pranzi, era necessario attraversare il salone, uscire dalla porta principale, scendere alcune scale e percorrere un tratto intorno alla villa. Il tragitto richiedeva circa 32 secondi all'andata e altrettanti al ritorno: una situazione piuttosto scomoda, soprattutto per una famiglia numerosa.

Abbiamo segnalato tempestivamente tutti i problemi all'agenzia, che a sua volta li ha comunicati alla proprietà. La proprietà si è recata in villa e ha cercato di intervenire su alcune problematiche, ma gli interventi non hanno risolto in modo soddisfacente i numerosi disservizi riscontrati.

Anche per quanto riguarda la cucina, abbiamo dovuto attendere quattro giorni per ricevere un tagliere in legno. Quello inizialmente presente era in plastica e, a ogni utilizzo, tendeva a sgretolarsi. È stato inoltre fornito un piccolo sgocciolatoio in plastica, mentre quello presente inizialmente non era adeguato al numero di persone che utilizzavano la cucina.

Dopo cinque giorni di continue segnalazioni e solleciti, l'agenzia ha infine riconosciuto la fondatezza delle nostre contestazioni e a fine vacanza ci ha accordato un rimborso. Tuttavia, riteniamo che l'importo riconosciuto non sia stato adeguato al disagio e ai numerosi problemi affrontati durante il soggiorno.

Questa era la seconda volta che ci rivolgevamo a questa agenzia per un soggiorno in Sicilia. Proprio per questo, la delusione è stata ancora maggiore. Alla luce di questa esperienza, non prenderemo nuovamente in considerazione l'agenzia per i nostri prossimi soggiorni.

Una recensione negativa non nasce da una singola inconvenienza, ma dall'insieme dei problemi riscontrati e, soprattutto, dal tempo e dall'energia che abbiamo dovuto dedicare per ottenere interventi e risposte durante una settimana di vacanza.

There were 15 of us, including 4 children aged from 3-13. We all definitely had high expectations of the villa, and it met them in every aspect, both within the house and in the spacious gardens.
We had a wonderful, sunny week, with the children spending every available minute in the pool or hot tub. But we also managed to see something of the spectacular landscape, visiting Segesta, Erice, and the islands off Trapani, and enjoyed a couple of great - and very reasonably priced - meals out.
Special thanks to Francesco for arranging for us a delicious in-house last night meal, with many local specialties, and to the ladies who prepared it.

Wonderful house w all amenities and service!

Insgesamt gute und professionelle Abwicklung. Leider waren die Fotos zum Haus nicht aktuell. Das Haus wird auch von den Eigentümern privat genutzt und war total überladen mit persönlicher Deko. In der Küche fand man vom Blutdruckmessgerät bis zur kaputten Tupperbox und einer großen Sammlung stumpfer Messer auch nur 4 Teelöffel für ein Haus mit 8 Schlafplätzen. Der Pool war sehr, sehr stark gechlort und unzureichend gereinigt. Am Rand war ein 5 cm hoher Grünschleier, den man mit der Hand abrubbeln konnte. Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer war unfassbar laut und stark verkeimt. Es gab hier keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine winzige Kleiderstande (nicht hoch genug für meine langen Kleider) und eine Kommode. Vor Ort geäußerte Kritik wurde professionell und zügig beantwortet mit nichtssagenden Erklärungen. Der Hinweis auf den schmutzigen Pool wurde damit beantwortet, dass der Eigentümer ihn erst im Winter neu gestrichen hätte. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus nicht und auch die beiden anderen in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Letojanni) nicht. Weiter unten am Berghang gibt es eine Ferienresidenz mit lautstarker Abendanimation, die lädt nicht zum Verweilen auf der Terrasse ein.

Paying €8,400 a week for a villa only to be charged extra for electricity is ridiculous, and not being provided with a receipt for that additional electricity fee was deeply frustrating. The 10:00 AM check-out time was already inconveniently early, but having cleaning staff barge in and start cleaning shortly after 9:00 AM without any prior notice was completely unacceptable. I have booked villas through this agency twice, but there definitely won't be a third time.

"Please understand that it was peak season" is no excuse for charging 8,400 euros instead of 7,000, 5,600, or 4,200 euros. If you charge a premium price, you should treat your guests better—or at least the same as guests staying during the low season.
