I was charged by d smith for a membership that never agreed 3 times and they refused to pay me back. I never signed up for this.

They deliver late, impose bogus fees.
It's a scam from what I've read of other people's comments.
Would not use again ever.

They were scamer they did scam me and send me wrong item and i asked them that not what i want they start to be like this my fault and they will not return it and i should send it to third person and they never listen and keep send email that they are agnels and we are divel do not buy any prodect cause you gona regrat most loser company i have ever treat with

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience.

I ordered a laptop charger which turned out to be the incorrect size. Following this, I was unexpectedly charged $130 for a premium delivery service that I did not knowingly authorise. This charge appears to have been included within fine print terms and conditions that were not made sufficiently clear at the time of purchase.

Additionally, I attempted to cancel the order through your chat support, however I was unable to do so due to technical limitations with your system.

Charging customers for services they have not clearly agreed to is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against doing business under these conditions.

I got a great price on the product I was after, but a bit disappointed that I missed the delivery date when ordering it, as it’s a bit in the future, which I didn’t see until the confirmation email came through and noticed it on that. I think it could’ve been a bit clearer in the ordering process. But I got an amazing product at a great price, so all good

Using the size chart got the exact fit and length for me. As I am 172cm tall could never get a dressing gown with enough length to reach my ankles. Would definitely purchase again.
