At least the name is right
Well the only impression I was left with is Didly squat, queues every were to get in to car park although a couple of surley looking parking assistants were doing their best, and to get into the shop (if you can call it that) a shed is more appropriate more queues. We waited patiantly in line as it crawled through the limited space crammed with overpriced items that very little people were buying, I had the feeling that most were mesmerised by the prices more than the merchandice and left empty handed, as we did. On exit I noticed the queues had grown longer. I visited the toilets they were as expected unpleasant to say the least but desperation makes it nessesary to use them. I fell for the hype and wish I had not, one visit and nill purchases from me.
Diddly squat is what I got
Diddly squat is exactly what I got, massive car park was rammed we walked over people were queuing around the car park to get in.
We didn’t stay to join the queue heard some people saying overpriced but I didn’t enter to find out
Diddly very disappointing
Very disappointing car park mubath (ok we have had rain but really) . Burger can only be described as slop. Inedible burger so thin and small fed to dog once I had removed slop from it. Bun must be cheapest rubbish. Chips ok but really served from van in open box with slop burger on open plate. AVOID IT ALL COSTS.

Easy to order and delivered on time. Ordered the sheep scarf. Lovely looking scarf but it is very itchy.
Paid, but still waiting for my order!
I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Diddly Squat Farm. I placed an order on 22nd August for a case of Cider. This was to be a birthday gift for my brother in law. Nearly two weeks on and I still haven’t received the order! Despite waiting far longer than expected, there’s been no delivery, no updates, and no meaningful communication from customer service.
I sent an email and got a standard reply recommending to check with the courier……really!
When you order from a business, you expect at the very least to receive what you paid for or be kept informed. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case here. I therefore wouldn’t recommend ordering online from Diddly Squat Farm until they improve their reliability and customer care. Don’t take folks money on false pretences!

How to deal with a complaint well
Received my order with 3 jars leaking into the box. Lids hadn't been tightened. Sent Diddly Squat an email to complain through the website and the lovely Tasha had my jars replaced within 24 hours.
Excellent service turning my disappointment into delight.

Simply the best mustard in the world
Simply the best mustard in the world! Jeremy's Hot Seed Beer Mustard packs a punch and has the most incredible texture… Lots of little mustard seeds bursting on your tongue! If you love mustard you will love this! I'm just about to order another 12 jars! Amazed at how many one star reviews there are on here. But then again that's the general public for you! Most of them are t**** 😊

Don't bother with their high priced Biltong, it is terrible.
We visited as we were passing, the place was empty, (people getting wise to the oafs high prices perhaps) I bought a packet of Biltong today, and it was almost inedible there was so much gristle in it, to be fair the taste was OK, but at that price, I at least expected it to be of a decent quality, it was NOT.
Being a fair-minded person, I informed them to give them a chance to comment on 9/6/25, so far diddley squat in reply.
Meaning their customer service isn't...
So I have to assume diddly squat is what I should have expected for my money.
The whole place is set up to make a TV program and fleece the public as far as I can see. I'm glad we didn't, as many seem to do, make a special trip; we were passing on our way home from France.
Just got an email from them21/7/25, funny how they say they didn't get mine, yeah right.

Gorgeously tasty condiments!
Ordered the hamburger sauce and the mustard online.
The mustard is honestly the best mustard I've ever tasted and must be tried!
The hamburger sauce is amazingly good, so much so that I have it on burgers, chips and salads, it's delicious!

Great experience again and again
I’ve made numerous orders using the online shop. No concerns as some of the reviews on trust pilot have suggested. Mustard is to die for, blanket is huge and had to buy another for my little one. Lovely home made products. I will be ordering again and again. Star buy - Jeremy’s hot seed.

Best mustard ever
Bought a few condiments and have tried the mustard. It’s absolutely gorgeous! It’s doing my diet no favours as I’ve had 2 and a half ham sandwiches for tea it was so nice! It was fast delivery and well packed. I know the show is popular and was expecting a long wait for delivery but it came in 3 working days. Looking forward to my lunch at work tomorrow now

My order wasn’t delivered and it was down to Evri more than the farm shop but they chose to use that company who are the worst company for deliveries I’ve ever known so need to take a bit of responsibility. No attempt to deliver and no reply from them when I asked where the parcel was then a vague tracking sentence of returning to sender as package damage which is their usual line when they can’t be bothered to deliver. I’m very disappointed with DSFS as I really wanted the items and asked if they’d send them again using a different company but they refused. Their customer service was pretty good in replying just not very helpful when helping customers with an alternate way of delivery that might be reliable. Not sure that is a good business model as helping customers is the basic thing to do but there you go.

Missing items from order, no response
Ordered in plenty of time for Father’s Day but the order didn’t update or even get acknowledged until evri sent an email that they would e delivering on the Monday after Father’s Day, I thought ok never mind it’s only one day. Sadly the order arrived with the main present (shandy gift set and glass) missing and the burger sauce was open with the seal visibly broken, the sauce was separated inside so not safe to eat. I emailed but it doesn’t even get an auto response to say they’ll get back to me, literally diddly squat! I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from them, you’re better off going to a stockist like my local garden centre and getting it there if you really want something. I only ordered as we’d been to the farm shop before and actually enjoyed the stuff we purchased, lesson learnt I’m afraid.

DIDDLY SQUAT FOR FATHER’S DAY!!!
Ordered on 7th June for Fathers Day, had still not been fulfilled by 12th June, got in touch through their online form/email to query. Got notification that evening that it was on it’s was to EVRI (EVRI 48). Next notification not until Saturday 14th to say EVRI had it, Father’s Day has now been and gone with my husband truly getting ‘Diddly Squat’. EVRI informed me on Monday 16th my parcel is delayed. It’s now Tuesday 17th and I am beyond frustrated. What a way to ruin Father’s Day, I’m devastated but more importantly my 10 year old old daughter who came up with the idea and picked all the gifts because her Dad is a huge Clarkson Farm Fan, now feels terrible her Dad didn’t get his gifts. Simply not good enough!

Still not received!!
Ordered on the 6th June for a birthday present on 16th June. Still waiting for parcel , no updates to say it’s been sent and no reply to emails sent.
Edit to say it’s now the 20th and still received nothing - been told it’s been sent but carrier hasn’t received it yet..
Edit to add , they finally agreed that the parcel had gone missing and issued a new one that was delivered the next day thank you to Sarah in Customer Support.
So changed to 3 stars as happy with my order when it was received - just took too long to sort .

Avoid like the plague!
Ordered 2nd June for Father's Day, they said the order was shipped the next day but tracking never updated. After several days of trying to get hold of them I got an email reply to say my package was lost and did I want a refund or replacement. As it was a gift I asked for a replacement and they have ignored me since (about 5 days ago now). I emailed again to ask if the replacement was sent and no reply again. Yesterday I finally asked for a refund after being sick of waiting and ordered elsewhere, no one has replied to this either. I'm down £93 so far with nothing to show and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Absolutely AVOID!
Edit: They eventually emailed back on 17th June to say a refund will be sent, it is now June 28th and I still have not received the refund. Sick and tired of it. Seeing alot of other people with the same issue around Father's Day presents.
