Have bought multiple Spark models from them now, they don’t take money on pre-orders untill dispatch, have gotten next day delivery every time, one of my models came broken sent it back and received a new one a day later, very friendly customer service and have no problem changing models pre-ordered highly recommend them.

Found an item I was looking for on other sites. Diecast Legends was selling it for a great price, way cheaper than I saw elsewhere (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc ..). I was hesitant to order as I haven't heard of this site, and it didn't look as modern as some other sites. However, I chose to order anyway and I'm glad I did. Item was as described on the site, item was packaged very securely and arrived in great condition. I would order again

Terrible company to deal with, avoid at all costs. I pre ordered and paid £200 in August 2024, I was informed in May 2025 my order was ready to be dispatched, I never received it, it was never sent, excuse after excuse, no one has bothered to get in touch to apologise for their mistake, I am very, very disappointed and, I am still awaiting my refund and as yet have heard nothing. I have now received my refund.

If I could give this company a no-star rating I would In all my 30 years collecting & dealing with F1 signings. today I found the reason why this company has so many names to hide the true reason behind this. I am not going to use any names of staff who I spoke to today but let us say by the time I've passed on my findings & reviews online & cancelled orders management will be asking why there are so many cancellations & the reason why some of the oldest accounts don't order then the game is over. Now down to the reason for my complaint, I'm sorry to say but I received an order from the seller but on opening the box found that there was a piece floating around the box so instead of excepting this I returned the items to the seller the reason I did this was mainly so the company could see how the shipping company was dealing with their customers. As everyone knows me around the F1 arena I just wanted to send the item back to Moto Legends & Diecast Legends. I spoke to an agent & told them the reason & I got a sharp no to not refunding me & return postage costs Now I'm a disabled customer & I had to find a company that collected from my home the price of return was stated on the return As the item was faulty I have to remind the company under U.K LAW if an item is defective the buyer has to be refunded of all delivery costs which has been refused. So as I said it is now going to be a legal matter It is not the money it's the fact that a company thinks it can break the law & buyer's rights. As many people through my charity work know what I say is the truth no matter who you are I treat you as equals. I'm not looking for a fight but if that's the way the cookie crumbles then so be it. I would suggest a compromise or you will follow the same way as FMS have & yes I bought them down even after spending £8.000 of my own money i believe in buyers being safe with all internet shopping. As soon as I have an update on the behaviour of moto legends I will update this review. In no way is this review stating any individual it is against the company itself.
