Told my vehicle was eligible for the claim, now it would appear it is not......Perhaps you should check your facts before wasting my time!

2012 Peugeot 3008 Hybrid4 (Diesel engine plus electric motor)

Everything was explained and put my mind at ease over claim

Very helpful and very polite

people talking to me

Lewis was very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend!

I have only spoken to them twice and it's only the start of the claim, I think you need to wait for a C//S survey c

Very happy with my dealings with Diesel Emissions.
Everything explained well and I developed a great understanding of what they do for me.
5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Colin.

The website application was simple and Nirvana Rowland called me to explain how the claim works. She was very helpful and very kind, a real asset to the business. The process is very simple and with minimum input from me, which is always a good thing. I do recommend this company, who take care of absolutely everything.

Nirvana was really helpful and clear in helping me. I made an enquiry but backed out at the end cause I was worried about fees. But she confirmed I will not be paying anything to them. If it wins they take a percentage of my winnings and send me the rest, and if it loses I’ve lost nothing.
Thank you nirvana and I look forward to seeing how it goes

Very easy to apply to join Diesel Emissions and the staff that phoned me on a follow up call were very helpfull in answering my questions about some of the legal side of things.

Very helpful and nice to have a real two way conversation without being read a script. Easy to apply and no pressure 'selling' their services. Gives me confidence in the way they will handle the claim.
