Worst company that never gets refunded! I do affiliated and promoted their products for them generate nearly $30k in sale and never get commission.

I ordered some items with them as well and one never get! I just told myself that it's okay cause that time I believed they will pay or refund me but it never!

I do have screenshot of unpaid commission that never settle! Still the brand claimed they have paid me but cannot prove with transactions! Can I believe them? Moreover, my bank account never reflect the unpaid amount while they tried to block me every channel whether email and this TrustPilot!

I bought a nice looking gold chain from them, within a month it started fading and started turning a copper brown color. I notified their customer service and they had the nerve to tell me that I had abused wearing it, WTH. They advertise saying the product will not fade or tarnish. What a joke!!! Then they had the nerve to tell me that they would give me a percentage off another chain...are you kidding me, I will never buy another item from them again and will definitely let people know about their defective products!!!!

They don't honor their advertised warranty. I bought a white gold 8mm chain that the coating tarnished from general wearing it. I sent them a picture and they said they have sold these chains to other customers with no problem so the problem is my fault but they will sell me another for 50% off, this is unacceptable. My loss is your gain for this warning, this is a scam company, PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIPOFF NON AMERICAN COMPANY!

This different drips is very different!!! There a total scam dont even bother wasting your hard earned money!! I get your paying for fake jewelry but the price isn't so cheap. The quality they promise is trash. I wore the jewelry 3x total already tarnishing. Its turning colors like a rainbow!! I tried voicing my concern they didnt wanna hear anything I said! Poor quality, poor customer service. I wish I would've never spent my money with them almost 300.00 usd gone on some garbage. Honestly its in the trash now!

If i could give negative stars i would. This company is a scam. Drop shipping as it's comes from Asia and they do not honor there warranty. They offer a discount for another piece of garbage. Never buy from this company. Don't support peddlers of junk and deceit.

Ordered the white gold Cuban link and it is clearly sterling silver. Wanted to exchange for the gold link and was told I could not. But instead was offered a 40% discount to buy the gold link…….. if that isn’t a deficit, then I not sure what is!

Just another dropshipping company as my item came from China like all the other cheaper stuff and got a new lable in Illinois. Item came in the same bag that you will see from Amazon or at the mall with the clear package and solid white top of bag where it opens and the size of chain hand written on it just like those two places I just listed. Since this is costume wear for area I dont want to wear my real chains I placed an order because of reviews but I should of looked harder as after a few days and seeing the China and gofo shipping I realized yiu cant leave a review like on the website as you can from more reputable companies, so it seems those reviews may not be real accurate. Ill be asking for a refund which I know will cost to ship back but this chain isn't even worthy of wearing as video set jewelry.
