Parto dal presupposto che di piante carnivore non ne ho mai avute , e volevo appunto provare ad approcciarmi a questo mondo , nuovo per me .

Scorrendo su vari siti , sono incappato in Diflora. Incuriosito ho praticamente spulciato interessato il loro sito internet, scoprendo anche varietà di piante carnivore , che non sapevo esistessero.

L'esperienza è stata molto positiva, assieme alle piante si riceve anche una brochure, a mio dire molto utile ,dove viene spiegato tutto e di più , per poter procedere con la coltivazione delle piantine .

Ne comprerò altre sicuramente.

Ho appena ricevuto il mio ordine da Diflora e non potrei essere più soddisfatto. Le piante sono sane, vigorose e bellissime. L'imballaggio è stato curato nei minimi dettagli per garantire un trasporto sicuro. Valerio è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile per ogni mia richiesta. Comprerò sicuramente di nuovo

I'm actually beyond impressed by this store. We placed a pretty large delivery with almost 10 plants + supplies. The package had to travel all the way to the Netherlands and the weather is still relatively cold here (we requested a heat pack, but even then!).

It not only arrived within just a few days, but every single plant was so thoroughly packaged that there was no damage on anything whatsoever. And even beyond that, it feels like they really selected such nice ones to ship out!

We'll definitely order more from here :)

Great choice of plants in perfect conditions! I never seen carnivorous plants this healthy. Moreover the customer service offers the possibility of getting a picture of the plants before the shipment and I think it's marvelous. The team is of real help and support in all the phases of the shopping process as well for the maintenance of our little greenie babies 🌱💚

I ordered several winter-growing Drosera last year at the start of summer. Unfortunately, the package was in transit for over a week, and the plants arrived pretty beaten up. They went into summer dormancy shortly after, and a few didn’t make it.

I reached out to Diflora with my concerns, and they immediately offered either a refund or replacement plants once the next winter-growing season started. I chose to wait. When the season came around, I let them know which plants hadn’t survived, and they sent replacements completely free of charge.

The new plants arrived in great condition, and the communication throughout was fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
Really positive experience overall, I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Esperienza di acquisto eccellente, comincio dalle piante che sono in ottimo stato, curatissime, proseguo con l'imballaggio, pure fondamentale per la loro salvaguardia, e diflora le ha sistemate come non avevo mai visto, circondate da panno bagnato per mantenerle umide e dentro un sacchetto di carta molto solido, e per finire, pianta in omaggio bella come quelle ordinate ( non una cosina di cui liberarsi) e pure un bel libro sulle nepenthes per imparare sempre di più sul mondo delle carnivore. Inoltre, comunicazione col venditore ineccepibile, risposte puntuali e disponibilità assoluta. Arciconsigliato!

I ordered a bunch of sundews to the Netherlands, and the packaging of the plants was just amazing. All the plants were still doing very well, and some even still had dew on them!

Additionally, their customer service is superb, they help you out greatly and give proper advice when it comes to plant care.

I can honestly say they have become my favourite place to get carnivorous plants from, with the large range of species they offer for very reasonable prices together with their customer service, I have yet to come across anywhere that rivals it.

Ottimo per chi vuole iniziare a coltivare piante Carnivore, per disponibilità, gentilezza e l'assoluta competenza di tutto il team che ti assisterà nell'acquisto e soprattutto nella coltivazione, dove avrai a disposizione uno dei piu esperti e longevi coltivatori di piante carnivore in Italia.
