I got the camera earlier than expected which was a pro, but the actual camera didn’t work. There was a problem with the film spool and when I emailed requesting a repair/refund I got no response

Good price, fast delivery, 6 month warranty. I have an expensive SLR camera, but this was great for a little pocket size camera to fit in a rucksack and not worry too much about it being stolen or getting damaged.

I contacted Digicam Collective after reading about them in one of the photography magazines. As I had a number of old cameras to sell I thought I'd give them a go. I was very impressed by the service I received. They gave me a fair offer for the cameras and even sent a pre-paid label to cover postage.
When they received them they contacted me to say that there were a couple of minor problems I that I hadn't been aware of. They offered to return them to me or I said could accept a slightly lower price for two of them. I chose to do the latter but was then very pleasantly surprised to hear from them saying they had fixed one of the problems and would therefore pay me the original agreed price!
It's very refreshing to find a company which treats their customers so fairly these days. I can't praise them highly enough!

Absolutely fantastic! I met DigiCam at the PhotoNorth Festival where they had a stall. Zac and Danielle were super friendly and chatty and helped me pick out a lovely vivitar camera, it was super affordable and has served me well! Couldn't recommend enough!

Digicam Collective were a wonderful business to deal with. I sent them details of a camera I was interested in selling, and they got back to me very fast with an excellent quote. They checked the camera over carefully and paid me for it swiftly. Super communication and lovely people, doing a great job of getting good digital camera kit back in use, and hopefully giving a lot of people the new experience of photography that doesn't involve a phone. I'll certainly be recommending them to anyone who wants to buy or sell a digital camera. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!
