Bought a Windows 11 Pro licence in…
Bought a Windows 11 Pro licence in November for 3 PC's, which included MS.
Installed a code which didn't work.
E-mailed and received a reply in literally minutes.
After a few efforts at troubleshooting, all applications worked.
In February, MS stopped working, so I e-mailed again.
Within minutes, new code was sent and MS working.
I cannot fault their back-up, which when considering what is paid for the product, is simply outstanding.
Companies out there, take note of how back-up should be done.
Highly recommended.

Dear customer, on 2/10 we had anydesk scheduled. As our technician says we tried to access the client's computer several times but he did not give us access to his computer and we informed supervision of what had happened.

One of two license codes worked
License codes were emailed fairly quickly after purchase, and one of the codes worked as intended, saving me a lot of money on the purchased software. Regarding the non functioning license, customer service responded within 12 hours and proposed a fix for the issue.

Experience with delivery and tech support
Delivery fast. However didn't get correct key code and no assistance getting my email account connected to Outlook. Sent new key code, but haven't tried it yet until I get my email account successfully connected to Outlook. Will try to connect my email account to Outlook again in about a week. Maybe I will request help from Digilicenses tech support then if I'm unsuccessful in doing it myself. Don't want to use the newly supplied key code to activate Office until I successfully connect my non-Outlook email account to Outlook mail in Office 2021.

Licence keys hassles
Purchase completed and email with invoice and confirmation received. Then it said another email with the licence keys will be sent to me in a few minutes. But no email for hours (not even in spam).

Edit: Eventually, their customer support responded to my complaint and gave me a new key from there. Unfortunately, the key did not work. After a few backwards and forwards in email correspondence, they eventually gave me a new key that works. Looks like all ends well.
