Excellent scales, the most useful function is the raised weigh table so you can read the weight under a large bowl. Also the mains or battery option can be extremely useful.

I ordered online but found payment a little difficult so rang DSC. Spoke to a very nice and helpful man called Mark who told me what to do. Delivery was very quick and the scales were perfect when delivered and just what I was expecting. The cheapest place I found too!

If anyone needs to learn how to online retail, ask this company. From the outset, the website is both clear and informative. All the information I needed to know was there, proper images and showing what is needed and no annoying pop ups. Crazy fast delivery, really well packaged and the invoice was included, not a shoddy ‘download available’.
I needed precise scales that weren’t stupidly expensive and worked on mains power. I got all of the above with a recognised brand and half the price of the internet giants.
Thanks guys, you did me a great deal and delivered the goods.

Good scales
Good scales, does not measure liquid qty, my fault i didnt check this.
And little delay on delivery, ordered on a sat and expecting next day as paid for, didnt get until the tuesday, so no point in paying next day delivery, should have just paid standard.
So i feel a little misleading.
However scales ok and do job i need for.

We’re sorry for any confusion around delivery. As we dispatch orders Monday to Friday, weekend orders are processed on Monday, so next-day delivery applies from dispatch. We’ll look at making this clearer going forward.

Great customer service! I had an issue with the online payment system (nothing to do with digital scales company) where I had unkowingly paid for the order twice and someone from digital scales called me immediately to let me know and sort the issue! Products are as stated too.

Excellent customer service
I had to contact this company about a set of scales we ordered from them less than 6 months ago which had one of its components fail. A replacement, under warranty, was sent out the same day, using an overnight courier.
Couldn't ask for better service than that.
