Purchased a second account and the second account seems to be working fine… I tried using a Tor browser when I signed into the first mightve been the problem

We are sending instructions in details. You should read and do all these. Before ordering, you should learn about how to use Reddit accounts. We are checking all accounts before delivery. Using accounts and getting banned is your responsibility!
EDIT: We wrote that use a good proxy and an antidetect browser! Warm up the account 4-5 days before posting or commenting. We always check accounts before sending details. You openly admit that you did not comply with these, which you immediately posted after got account details

Where's My Information?
It's been almost 9-hours since I made my purchase for an aged Reddit and I still haven't received my details . I've checked all of my folders, went to the spam and even sent customer service an email . So I'm just going to leave this here until further notice .

We sent already the details to your email!
I bought 2 separate Reddit accounts
I bought 2 separate Reddit accounts. The first one was fine because it was only a week old. The 2nd one was a year and a half old, it was shadowbanned before I was even able to use it. I was unable to change the password associated with the account, couldn’t post or comment. They sold me an aged account they knew I couldn’t use. They gave me the run around about using a proxy, when I asked for a refund for a faulty product.
They refuse to refund because they know the accounts won’t work.
