Chat support was quick and helpful in getting me to upgrade my windows 10 instance to windows 10 pro key that I bought. I wish the instructions were there to begin with.

Recently, I bought 3 separate "Perpetual" MS Office 2019 licenses from Digitalproductkey - Word, Excel, and Outlook. It turns out that the Update Channel for Outlook was incompatible with Excel & Word and, after a few hours of searching, I could not find any way to resolve that conflict.
So I emailed the support folks at Digitalproductkey really not expecting much help.
Turns out they understood my issue and offered a consistent Office suite license for the same price as I'd paid for the previous 3 licenses! To say I was overjoyed is an understatement!
Within a couple of days, the folks at Digitalproductkey helped me get what I needed and today I am very happily up and running.
They gave me product support well beyond what I've experienced elsewhere. I *highly* recommend Digitalproductkey for software products!

I was at first skeptical, because I received at error message stating I couldn't activate the key that I received. It then told me to go the store and purchase "genuine" Windows. I contacted DPK and got Daniel. My computer just needed the latest update. Once that was done, it accepted my Key and now I'm good to go. Thanks Daniel!!

The customer service that I experienced was , Lina stayed online with me the entire time making sure that I had everything downloaded and completed. That was a long time but she hung on the whole time which was very long, The amount of patience's was amazingly shocking. My internet is slowed down at the time for some reason. That is besides the point, I was so happy that she waited for everything to go smoothly. I would recommend everyone and anyone to use this company for software and anything else they have. Encountered an issue with MS Access product activation through the Internet.
Contacted support (email), and was given step by step instructions to contact MS through telephone.
Successfully contacted them and got Access activated.
Considering the time difference and the weekend purchase, support time is very good.

Contacted Digitalproductkey and they sent some information that fixed it. I had disabled Internet Explorer which is the only way Microsoft will activate.
