Excellent service start to finish! Our move was a very last minute, stressful one but Dinev’s removals made life so much easier. Excellent communication all the way through the process, they were very patient any accommodating as dates/times were being finalised. The move itself was very smooth and perfectly timed. Absolutely no damage occurred during the move, and they provided extra sheets/bubble wrap for furniture when it was needed. I would highly recommend Dinev and his team. Thank you!

I had recently made several enquiries for moving services and Dinev's Q&E Removals were by far the best in terms of customer service, quote, communication, punctuality and packing. I cannot express how professional and lovely to deal with Dinev was. My requirements changed several times and Dinev was so patient and understanding (am sure that any one else would have been frustrated by each changing enquiry). Andrei and Ivan were great moving us 80 miles away. Nothing was too much trouble and they had some very tricky furniture to manoeuvre around tight spaces. They were very polite and treated our furniture with care. The whole experience was stress free.

The company was very responsive right from the start. They replied to questions and emails and called the day before to recheck and reconfirm everything. They were also flexible and allowed us to buy/use our own packing material. On the day of the move, they arrived promptly on time. There was a team of 4 people. They were quick but safe and careful. They labelled the boxes properly and were generally organized. The van was clean and they loaded and unloaded the boxes (about 40 of them) along with the bed, couch, tables and desks easily and effectively. The whole process was completed from 930a to 530p. They required minimal supervision and direction and knew what they were doing. Also their pricing was very reasonable - cheaper than almost all the other vendors we researched providing a similar service.

Super amazing movers, very professional, efficient, polite and hardworking. They moved us from a 4 bed house to another 4 bed house without difficulty. I’d totally recommend them.

This is the second time I'm using Dinev's and they didn't disappoint. I was moving from a 1 bed flat ground floor in Brighton to 1 bedroom second floor flat in London. The moving team were excellent. They arrived on time and were fast and efficient with packing and unpacking. Highly recommend anyone moving out of or into the east london area to use Dinev's team.

Not only the best price the absolute best service. Misho is amazing at organising and communicating. Dinev's send someone round in person to quote, rather than video. So much easier and quicker. Working with Dinev's Q&E Removals was a very seamless process and communication was great throughout. Mr Dinev offered a very personal service, with quick communication via email and text message, and was able to help us out (at no additional cost) when we were forced to push our move date back by four days. The removals team themselves were punctual and really helpful at both collection and delivery points - going the extra mile despite facing challenges with limited/tight access down to our new basement flat. We would highly recommend this service - very reliable and well priced.

In general, the experience was positive! I want to express my gratitude for the timely and efficient assistance provided by Tihomir and Alex. They arrived promptly, efficiently handled the loading process within a few hours, and the delivery was on schedule.

Diyan has consistently been responsive and accessible for any requirements, always available over the phone. His quotes were also fair in line with the market standards.

Aside from a minor issue – a slight damage I observed a couple of weeks later while unpacking – the overall experience was satisfactory.
