SCAMMER! They don´t follow their refund policy.

So I bought an account. And I came to terms with it.
I click on the "Show" button.
And the link it sends me is a scuffed link that says "You have a right for a Refund". But there's no link or email to open a line of communication.
Not to mention, it says on the website, that you may need to BUY A GAME to be able to play the game.
But is also recommended not to use credit cards to do so, cause that can lead the account to get banned.

Not providing any customer service, worst seller ever, keeps your money when you don't use the product, total scam vibes. Greedy and useless.

Horrible customer service and a gamble with products that work. Scam scam scam.

Refunded the Gift after i bought the account from him

Do not trust this seller they will refund the game after you have purchased it and leave you with an account with nothing in it. For example i bought the new battlefield 6 in a game account from them for $30 and a day after playing they refunded the game leaving me with a steam account that had nothing in it.

Compré con ellos el fifa 26 y primeramente tardaron 2 dias en darmelo cuando en principio la entrega era inmediata. Además de eso el juego no funciona desde que lo tengo practicamente. Contestan a los mensajes cuando les viene en gana que viene a ser cada 20 h y encima se niegan a reembolsar el producto cuando ellos son los máximos responsables de lo que está ocurriendo. Sinceramente es para ponerles una denuncia por estafa

I bought a steam account but i couldn't access to the steam email address to change it as they promised and they are taking so much time to respond

I bought a FC 26 Ultimate edition account from them. It has now been 36 hours since I bought the account and I haven't got the credentials yet.
They are not answering my messages and feels like I got scammed.

I bought an account for FC26 Ultimate, received the credentials after 3 hours, which was a solid time (expected 2-24 hours)
However i didn't get notified with it, i had to refresh the third-party page to get the credentials.
The password didn't work, which caused me to panic. However i logged into the given email to then change the steam password, and from thereonout, it all ran like clockwork.
Currently downloading the game.

I bought a key and went through the whole process on the website and a code was never delivered to me in the end.

Worst customer service experience ever!

Never buy through them. Bought the wrong product by accident. Never used the product. Did not even open it. But unable to return it or switch it for the correct one. Customer service employee was rude.
Very untrustworthy company!

Scam website promoting scam sellers.
After buying a game code from “Dingdang_game”, I was given a Steam account in China. I was unable to transfer regions or link as a family account. Then Steam noticed Dingdang/G2A were breaking their code of conduct and redacted the game. Dingdang have not responded to my query, neither have G2A done anything to resolve it. I have no game, and no refund. Both companies will scam you, so I strongly recommend avoiding both.

Bought a key for Fantasy Life i Deluxe Edition (Steam) on kinguin.net from this seller.

At first I was unsure since I read the reviews here and wanted a refund, but the key was sent to the account I provided as a gift (as described in their instructions) a short time later and I accepted it.

So I can‘t say anything negative about them. Everything was ok!

I wanted a key ended up with an account. contacted them no reply for 2 weeks had opened a paypal case because it took them forever. they then said they couldnt help . ok maybe i screwed up and was in a rush to buy a key and didnt read it was a scam. then i couldnt get a refund but they still refuse to even give me the account. so i paid £33 and got nothing not even a second steam account with the game.

Email or password provided to log into their personal email web account didn't work. So I paid for that.

Terrible customer service with confusing instructions. Do not recommend under any circumstances
