Incredibly impressed by the service.

I called up to see if I had purchased express postage with my new home machine. The lovely gentle on the phone saw that I didn't but said he would post express for me anyway. Such a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated :)

As soon as we came to the place, the guy came to us and took us to the machine that we wanted, and also made a delicious coffee, he showed us the place were they roast the coffee and finally we made the decision.

I would not recommend buying from here. The product I received did not match what was described on the website, and when I contacted customer service the response was unhelpful. It felt like they were avoiding responsibility instead of trying to solve the problem.

The machine is robust and reliable, even when the business is at its peak. The installation process was seamless, and we got some valuable advice that made the process even easier. Overall, a very positive experience.

I purchased the EveBot printer based on their marketing videos, which made it look far more capable than it actually is. When I realised the product didn’t perform as advertised (something they later admitted — the videos were “edited for effect”), I returned it.

Not only did they refuse a refund — now they’re threatening to send me to a debt collector over the cost of the ink they used themselves to test the product I returned.

This is not how ethical businesses operate. Avoid if you value honesty or decent customer service

Agenta Faber in our office for a few months now, and it's made a huge difference! It's easy to use, even for the less-experienced baristas in our team, and consistently delivers smooth, flavorful coffee. Di Pacci made sure to get it to us quickly, and their team gave us some great guidance on machine maintenance.

Have had 3 custom commercial setups completed by Dipacci in the last 10 years. Always professional and quality from supply, installation and servicing. Any issues have always been promptly attended to. Reliable machines and tech team.

Have also purchased numerous home machines, ECM's, Expobar's and my latest LaMarzocco that just arrived in November. Michael has well and truely surpassed every benchmark for what a home coffee experience should be. Extremely knowledgeable, yet also practical and realistic. It only takes a simple phone call to know what a truely passionate gentleman you're doing business with.

Don't trust this company with your money.
Dipacci shipped a coffee grinder that was broken on arrival, then completely failed to resolve it. My purchase came with months of persistant hassle and additional costs.

Michael@dipacci, the company director makes it instantly clear you are a problem getting in the way of his dream of millions.

This company has an .nz website. Know that you are buying ex .AU... with long shipping times... possibly they don't even have the product in stock waits.

After months of BS communication, they fobbed me off to their product importer who at least had a customer service team to talk with.. however ineffective.

I ended up dealing directly with the grinder maker who shipped me a new unit that worked, collecting the old at their cost. 2 months of hassle calls and emails, additional courier fees and the aggravation of dealing with an arrogant arse.

Use my loss to save yourself. Shop elsewhere.

Sold me a dodgy coffee machine now refuses to refund the money, insists on half value store credit to buy another faulty machine.

Their director Michel thinks he's a smart scammer but scammers always get caught out

Such a dishonest company, mis-calculation of the shipping fee is their problem not ours, but they want the customer to pay for their mistake. Don't buy from them.

I bought several items via the online store. All items were shown as "in stock and ready to ship".
After a week of silence, I contacted them and was told they no longer sell any Cafalet tampers and they have been meaning to remove them from the website. They then shipped their inferior Precision brand of tamper as an alternative.
After 3 weeks they still have not updated their website to remove the Cafalet tampers. Avoid.

I bought my Niche Zero grinder from these guys a few years ago. Still going string and working as expected. Even though I was interstate, Di Pacci where very helpful on the phone and happy to answer Qs and give advice. Purchase was seamless and extremely happy.

I recently bought a Lelit Kate PL82T for home and I received absolutely outstanding service, these guys are accommodating , helpful and great communicators.
In my case , shipping to NZ was speedy and the machine came dialled in ready to deliver a great coffee.
I highly recommend them !!

Purchased a Bellezza Guila coffee machine , The team from dipacci where great to deal with provided a ton of advice and substantially cheaper then other suppliers , Shipped and arrived within 2 days

I contacted Dipacci online to see if they could help fix my machine or give advice where as I am overseas. One of their team answered in 10 minutes early in the morning and recommended a contact near me. He was amazing and only as they rate Dipacci so highly. I rate them just as highly, thank you for great service.
