I Was grateful to get finance through Direct Car Credit.
I arranged delivery of the car at a set time, which didn't happen. At the time it was due I got a call saying they were just setting off on an hour trip. That was no good to me as I had a hospital appointment to attend that afternoon.
OK so I reinsured my old car to get to the appointment.
Next day the car was delivered completely devoid of fuel and unable to lock the doors any way.
It took 8 days to get the door locks replaced, I got fuel delivered to get me to the garage to fill up.
I folded the rear seats down to find a mass of sweet wrappers and debris.
Showing the car had only been superficially valeted. Confirmed by the fact the engine compartment hadn't been cleaned at all.
Now the car is showing signs of wear on the outside of the nearside front tyre. Looks as though I'll have to get it tracked, which should've been done after DCS fitted a new inner front tie rods.
The car itself is OK, but the experience has been very poor.

Excellent service Kym! ☺️ To be honest I went into this half hearted as applying for finance is usually a chew on. However, from the beginning, the whole process was flawless. I didn’t think I could get a low enough monthly amount with my current finance still in place. In under an hour Kym had found me a lender who offered me a lower monthly payment and booked me in to test drive the car I liked. I loved the car and signed up that day. MOT and service done before collection and a great warranty too. Thanks so much Kym, you’re a legend. I will be back in the future when it’s time for a change 👍🏻😁

lack of trust - tell you they will try and pair with the best lender then do a hard search without your consent - damaging your credit profile when browsing.

As a previous customer I knew what to expect but this time Richard went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and took away any pressure. The process of viewing the cars was brilliant as we were left on our own to view the vehicles at a pace that allowed me get a feel for the car. Once my decision was made Richard dealt with myself and my wife in a friendly way which made the process so much easier. The handover of the vehicle was another easy process and done at a pace which was very comfortable. Richard yet again was friendly and warm towards us. The car is brilliant and I know that I have made the correct decision coming back to Direct Car Credit for my next car. A massive thank you to Richard and Direct Car Credit & hopefully this will not be the last time that I deal with them.

The company got me through the finance and offered me a couple of vehicles.
I chose a vehicle and drove from Manchester to pick it up.
They failed to print off the MOT after saying they would.
The car was also missing a parcel shelf to which I was surprised. I was told they would send me a link to buy one for £ 10.00 the quotes I have is £ 100.00.
I have sent numerous messages to the sales man who told me last week they would sort the issues.
Until today 10/07/25 no contact from them but they have read the messages.
It would be nice for anyone who got a car to see the MOT to see if there were any advisory.
It’s always easy for a company to get a car out of the showroom but problems ?????

Great friendly service from start to finish! Application for finance was easy and quick. Sales listened to what I wanted and found some ideal cars for me to choose from. Picked up my new car a week later, where they made sure I had everything, showed me around the car and all its buttons and gadgets and even connected my phone to the in car system for me! From start to finish a very quick and easy process, Richard made it very stress free and was on the phone any time I had a question, everything was explained very well, the car is absolutely faultless and was nice and fresh for collection, would highly recommend!
