When getting my car from direct car credit I found my first experience to be great which made me come back when looking for a new car, for the second time i found my experience to be even more wonderful, with a special thanks to Richard who went above and beyond in help me pick the perfect car an made sure it was to a very high standard for when i collected it and a big thanks to the team. I would 100% recommend people to come here when looking for a car.

Looked into getting a car then my partner was taken ill nearly loseing her life .the staff couldn't do enough by giving me time texting me not calling .my sales man was Jatinder .a true gentleman and looking out for me not just a sale .then I collected the 2 weeks after purchasing and was spot on .he even brought a coffee lol

Jatinder helped me find a car and get finance. The car is immaculate. Drove from dewsbury back to Durham 1.5 hrs. Drove lovely. Very pleased with the service. 10//10

I dealt with Mark, lovely bloke, was honest informed me work needed doing on the car and would be done before i took it. I asled for the timing belt to be done due to the age and milage being at 92000 miles. I was told it had been done, it wasnt't.

As soon i left with the car, on my journey home the pressure tyre sensore came on. I adjusted the pressure but this need not take the light off. I took it too my local tyre place and valve was knackered so i got it replaced but these didn't take the light off. I got it booled back in with these to sort, they tried to blame the tyre place for remving the sensor and not putting it back on. Baring in mind the light camd on whilst driving home from collecting the car.

My handbrake had to put on quiet high (at the time assumed this was normal due to not been having alot of car knowledge) it turns out my handbrake hasn't been workong correctl since i bought it.

I did get the car on the 4th Dec 2024, on 3rd November i got the car checked before the MOT was due i was given a list of problems. Was informed by several people this car should never had passed the MOT back in 2024. All the repairs needed unbeliable for to have had only 11 months. Hardly done much milage eithet. This car cost £5,500, over a £9000 may time i pay the finance off. 11 months in it has cost me over £1000 in repairs.

All brake pipes coated im grease also so alot of MOT stations wont check them due to this so any problems with them then im mot going to know. Ive got a death trap.

Unbeliable how they are getting away with a garage passing MOTS when the vechiles clearly need work. It will backfire one day as someome will end up having a unfourtate accident as they are buying cars that are not road worthy.

Vechiles are over priced.

I can highly recommend direct car credit and the customer service given by richard from the start to me driving away with the car was excellent.

Professional, polite, helpful, informative service.
Was looking for first car for my son who just passed his driving test. I wanted safe decent vehicle with 1 litre or less engine power. Was difficult to fine. Private sellers on auto-trader are there but we didn’t feel comfortable buying from there. Finally while driving past Direct Car Credit showroom, we spotted a VW Polo and dropped by to enquire about it.
The sale Executive Jatinder was very professional, polite, respectful and extremely helpful. He explained everything we need to know about buying process , insurance for first time driver, all options for finance / outright purchase.
We decided to go with it and finally drove the car out of showroom today. Car was Very nicely cleaned and serviced with Full MOT.
Our son was extremely pleased.

The company was very helpful from the beginning it only took a few days from choosing my car to picking it up

It’s always stressful finding the right car but these guys made it pretty stress free the guy ( Richard ) listened to what I liked and wanted and found the perfect car and I just love it the only part I didn’t like was having to wait to collect it lol
But I found everyone friendly and my new car seemed perfectly adequate for its age and mileage
The only negative point I have is I wasn’t aware of the £99 admins fee but other than that it was a good experience

Richard from start to finish was impeccable. He talked me through all the stages, helped me choose the car I want. Even then after that Richard let me know when my car was ready and went above and beyond to squeeze me in on the Saturday just gone. I am so happy I chose to go with the company. I couldn’t be more grateful for all the staff even on the handover the lady doing the handover was amazing.
