I placed an order on the 22nd June 2022, in july I contacted Direct because I could not track my order. Everytime I sent an email I kept recieving the same automated response....In August2022 I received a response but I could not track my Parcell still. I then opted to ask for a refund and the response was they will look in to it. In January 2023 I received a a letter dating back to August 2022, when i went to the post office the clerk told me they returned the parcell to sender... I contacted Direct the replied on the 18/01/23, 19/02/23, 18+19/06/23....the last email said they will refund me, a refund which I am still awaiting.

I ordered from this site for my son. They accidentally put the wrong name on the back. They fix the issue without argument. The gentleman responding to my emails was very kind and polite. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. All football kits are fake! Terrible quality 2 washes in and the numbers are cracking, terrible stitching. The chat on the website seems fake too as multiple times writing on it no one ever replies. 2 emails, no reply! Do not waste your money as you will be disappointed you might aswell spend that 60 quid more and get yourself a proper one that will forever last. How this company haven't been done for counterfit goods fraud is beyond me.

I ordered x2 West Ham shirts at the end of may. They never arrived. I got in contact and they said they would provide a refund (they said 4/5 working days). After chasing again after receiving no refund they then asked for my address which I gave. They claimed I gave the wrong address upon ordering and that in their terms and conditions it was my fault. I in fact gave the correct address. They are a scam and only reply during the middle of the night.

Ordered a West Ham top on 8th June, it’s now the 30th and I am still waiting. Got a reply to my email saying that 100% it would arrive this week…. No response from live chat or second email……Shock, horror, still not arrived.. definitely would not recommend

Do not buy from this company waiting weeks for a refund they only reply 2 minutes after midnight would rate them minus 5 stars if I could been on going since the 6th of June
