Could give five stars but I'm saving that for another time because I'm sure I'll be a customer again soon. This was my first time dealing with DPS and everything went smoothly. They had the exact product I needed (a large spa cover). I ordered it online, and it arrived promptly in Sydney as promised. I was kept informed about shipping and delivery as it happened. The quality's excellent, it performs as advertised, so they really couldn't do anything more.

You guys did an excellent job but unfortunately Australia Post let you and I down. Delivery took over a week over the estimated time for delivery plus I believe Australia Post actually lost the consignment at one stage. As a business you should consider whether Australia Post provides a good enough service for you.

Order was delivered very promptly.

I placed an order and paid a little extra for Express Post (in the hope I will have a speedy delivery). The following day, someone phoned to say they will provide an alternative lense cover as my requested colour was out of stock. I agreed to this change. Several days passed and no delivery. I tried to ring many times and was always left with an answering machine. I did leave some voice messages but no reply. I also sent an email and still no reply. During this time, the 'tracking system' read 'pending dispatch'. There was no reason for a delayed delivery as I was informed that everything was available, so long as I accepted the alternative product. It took 11 days for the order to arrive. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
