Whilst there is nothing wrong with the service they provide, the customer support and management are hostile, rude and overall incompetent.

Reasonable prices and an alright service, however, the owner is very unprofessional and is willing to suspend a service if something personally offends him.

Edit: Oh, and a lot of the reviews are coming from staff of DBH lol

Read Before purchasing (my experience over 2 days)

So to purchase from this host, you must enter their discord open a ticket, they will send you a link where you must send them the money through "friends & family". so anything goes wrong, PayPal would say good luck (with a big thumbs up).

So here we go, I pay and await for a message. 1 hr passes with nothing, so I send a message where I was told to wait for a Stefan to come online (which the user already was online)

So I DM the initial person who answered my ticket and was told to not DM him and to just wait (even after accepting money)

Now a day goes by and I'm getting angsty. My developer is waiting to test a bot out and we still haven't hear anything.

SO a few more messages later I finally get some replies FROM STEFAN but not in the ticket, oh no that's too much work.

a couple more hours go by and i get a reply, "I get the service when I pay".

so the initial question I had straight after paying was that it got sent as an e-cheque which takes 6-7 days to clear and I wanted them to cancel it so I could resend it properly.

After such a long wait time to even get a response I decided this service wasn't for me, set out the reasons why and asked them to cancel the eCheque.

The response "NO you paid for a service you will get it when the echeque clears."

Fortunately for me eCheques use Paypals wallet and Guess who has no funds stored their XD, which I warned them about even after such a rude response, to recieve:

"ALL the profits go towards cancer research so your taking money from their funds."

My reply: "I am paying for a service, not a charity please do not use a charities name to further promote yourself. Unfortunately my project is on hold now with the lack of this service where I want to donate presents to the local women's Christmas appeal with half my profits as I start my business up. I am aware we all charities and good causes we want to support, but I would prefer supporting something closer to me that affects the people I can personally make a difference with"

Stefan's last reply:
"I don't trust you would donate" then *Kicked from server*

TLDR:
so there you have it my 2 day experience overall, it was terrible and very unprofessional. Using the names of charities to promote themselves and try guilt trip users. Be aware, as I got lucky with the payment being sent as an eCheque that will bounce back. You may not get so lucky.

To be honest, a really decent service. The bot was up for 24h as promised and the ping is decent as well! But really, if we can access to the console and do "npm -i" would be awesome so i dont have to zip the node_modules files and unzip that. But if you are reading this because you are not sure whether you should be using the service, give it a try, its worth it! And the price for the hosting is cheap and quality!

The first person I met in their discord server to finish the transaction was not helpful at all and after 3 pings over 4 hours without response Stefan started cussing me out with very little regard for how unprofessional he was being. The second person I got through to was very helpful and was able to solve my problem quickly.
