Tried to order a mixer from their website. Complete fail and no response from them.

The products I have purchased, the Karaoke and microphones, are top quality for the price i paid. I was also impressed by the communications regarding purchase confirmation and the delivery information from the courier DPD. Will definitely look at this company first, when ordering similar equipment.

Bought a mirror ball, very happy with it. It arrived promptly and very well packaged. It's way better quality than one I ordered from Amazon that I had to return as it was damaged. Amazon one was poorly packaged with little protection, arrived damaged and was promptly returned.

A known excellent product at a good price. A problem with DPD mislaying the parcel was resolved quickly by Discotec.

They sims to be alright for the value of the money. I do recommend.

I Was stressed when my parcel did not arrive on the date it was supposed to be delivered
My parcel was sent to another area and we spent two evenings trying to locate it after informing Discotec they quickly put me at ease after telling me the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and they were very reassuring and said the matter would be dealt with I’m happy to say I have now received my parcel although it was late all ended well I am very happy with the service Discotec provided

Very friendly and helpful team who, via WhatsApp, helped organise a quick pickup from their store. They also stocked the very niche item that i was looking for!

Great products and service. There was a shortage of delivery slots available over Christmas, but they kept me informed and offered a full refund if I didn’t want to wait. I didn’t mind a few extra days wait, but it ended up arriving earlier than the suggested date anyway. Would use these guys again!
