I could not be happier with the results from Getonthemlsnow....I always did a FSBO in the past, but my flat fee paid to get me on the MLS is by far more positive in reaching buyers with realtors for the least amount of money spent, yet getting the help i need to sell. Spencer and Derek are a great team to make this happen.

I wasn't sure at first whether I could trust getonmlsnow.com since it sounded almost too good to be true (low price, next day listing, no other fees?!). I'm pleased to report that I've now used this service twice and both times far exceeded my expectations. Exemplary service and especially responsiveness. It seems like Spencer is the type of guy whose phone will wake him up at 3:33am so he can immediately respond to a client's inquiry. Poor guy. But also I have sometimes needed quick and clear replies so I greatly appreciate that Spencer delivers. Highly recommend Spencer and his service to anyone.

Add A Listing was Awesome !! The made listing a piece of land so easy for me. I wanted to list it on the MLS and I was not using a Sellers Realtor. One phone call and everything is all set!!! So easy and painless
