Customer service is non existent. Literally there isn’t a human to respond to you.. I’ve left 10 voice messages, 15 emails and 15 chat attempts. Not one response in three weeks. You just get shuffled around with AI prompts and false promises of live help. I wish I could give fewer than one star

Customer Support Issues

I have had this program for less than a month.
It is reasonably user friendly and cost effective.
Unfortunately, the customer support is really lacking. It takes days for a response and I am currently on my 8th day of waiting for help. I have tried using the chat box, emailing support, and even attempted to call. Well it's been over a week and I am no closer today than when I started. Not able to fully enjoy this product I'm sad to say.

WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I SIGNED UP FOR THE SERVICE. DID EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD TO DO. GET TO THE PAYMENT TO START USING IT EVERY DEBIT CARD I TRIED TO USE WAS COMING BACK DECLINED. THEIR REPLY WAS TO CONTACT YOUR BANK, MY BANK WAS NOT THE ONE DECLINING THE TRANSACTION. THEIR SYSTEM IS SCREWED UP AND THEY KNOW IT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Most Affordable and Simplified DIY Program Available

The program is simplified and transparent, taking the stress out of cleaning up your credit on your own, the only thing you need to do is print the letters out and mail them. Dispute Bee pretty much holds your hand and explains everything to you in their step by step videos, and the program is more affordable than having some one else do it for you. The best part is there is no guessing because you are provided a tracking program, all the letters, how to videos, and you are doing it.

TOTAL SCAM, AI generated letters copy pasted

Letters generated by AI are easily recognizable that it has been written with the help of chatgpt or such Ai apps, makes your account flag fraudulent by the credit bureaus. Takes 40 days to take action. if you make any mistake on the attack action you will have to wait another 40 days to fix it and will have to pay $50 for that. Wastes your time, money and flags your account as fraudulent as every user uses copy pasted letters generated by AI except the name and account number. TOTAL SCAM. And they claim 110% money back guarantee which is false claim with so many conditions. They never refund.

Credit bureaus typically have 30 days to investigate, and in some cases that can extend (for example, if additional information is requested). If a dispute needs to be corrected or re-submitted, the bureau generally treats that as a new dispute, which can restart the timeline.

New to this or Seasoned in Credit Repair

Whether credit repair is new to you or lets say for the seasoned repair agents. I am not going out on a limb here to say that I would not want to even try another platform. I was fairly new to all this when I began around 2020 sometime, I came in with a personal account and my questions were answered by simply following the process, the mail was integrated with a 5 star mailing business, the letters and the order in which way to begin was so simple a person who knows how to read would be credit repairing by the first round. On the business spectrum with a plethora of letters locked and loaded in the barrel at pull of the trigger, it was awesome how easy and well built the customizing section of the platform. by following the process you are able to customize your letters with speed and efficiency. Overall I give this a 5 star. The staff and owner has your back and that part in particular for me is why I would look no further.

So far as a 54 yr old handicapped man

So far as a 54 yr old handicapped man, 20 years with a Spinal Cord Injury, DisputeBee is the FIRST place that had my Credit score increase over 90 points in less than 3 weeks. That was only on a few letters that were sent out. I just wanted to see if this was going to work and HELLO!!! "HOW YOU DOIN" I guess if I save up my girlfriend and I could sit in First Class now.

I have more to go and I just want to see if I can get to that 800 mark. The way I am heading, and after these next few letters, I should have a nice credit score finally.

Time wasted

The support team straight up sucks. Very slow to respond. Took over 15 hours to respond and I had to send another message just for them to respond. I tried setting up the individual plan only to receive declined multiple times using different bank cards. It wasn’t my bank that was declining it was their website not properly working. Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time creating an account. Go with someone else. I surely will.

If I was a content creator

If I was a content creator, I would post about y’all every day you guys have given me so much hope to raise my credit score. It’s crazy. I can’t already see at 700 in our future. I wish I could stay on top of the Empire State building and tell everyone about you guys. We are just getting started but I would love to thank you and this is my first year and I’m happy days with you guys. Thank you so much.

This has been the best experience to repair my one credit at such a low cost. The training this gives you and letters. It’s amazing! There’s another small cost for a 3rd party but it’s ALL worth it. Just wow!

Changing lives for the betterment without breaking the bank.

The ability to afford the monthly cost of DisputeBee while you are looking to clean your personal credit is within reason. My only disappointment is that I didn't find this opportunity a long time ago. Thus far to date (in less than a week) I am seeing progress or work is being done. As I filed my first set of disputes, and wasting no time dropping them off to the post office the same day I signed up. I am excited to see what happens next. Thanks, DisputeBee... I want to tell Patience and Precision, My Experience with Dispute Bee

I want to tell everyone, and warn everyone: you need patience and attention to detail.

I started my disputes with Dispute Bee in September 2024 when my FICO score was in the low 500s. By January 2025, my average mid-score had risen to 609. Some of my FICO scores, like TransUnion and Experian, are already in the mid-600s. Unfortunately, Equifax has been slower to improve, but that’s my own fault. I made a mistake with one of the letters, which slowed my progress. I believe my scores would have been even higher if not for that.

My advice:

Follow all the directions. Watch all the videos provided to you and stick with the system as it’s designed.

Check all the letters carefully before sending them out. Even a small error can delay your progress.

Use the default dropdowns for letters and trust the process, it works!

I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. I thought this might just be another scam. But I was wrong. For me, it was absolutely worth the money each month. The system works, and the customer service is excellent. They respond quickly, answer questions thoroughly, and provide all the guidance you need.

Once you get familiar with the system, it becomes very easy to use. But remember, it takes time and patience to build your credit. I’m now in my 5th round of disputes and have already raised my score by over 100 points.

If you’re willing to put in the effort and follow the instructions carefully, I strongly recommend Dispute Bee. It’s a reliable and effective tool for rebuilding your credit.

A Must See Software

Hello DisputeBee Team,

I ease of using your software, and the comprehensiveness of your dispute letters makes your software one of the better softwares to use especially for new but also experienced users. The only thing you are missing are a few automations and METRO2. If those were in place you could definately have the one of the best softwares inb the business. With that said, there are NO 5star credit repair softwares because all of them have at least 2-3 missing components, but measure up against some of the best like CDM, DisputeFox. They only have METRO2 & Automations in place which will make them a better choice, bur you have far of letter choices then they do... Hope this helps!!

Awful Communication!

I sent 3 messages to disbute bee and never heard back not one not a good sign. If I an not a memeber now can you imagine if I was a member and not get help when I need it?! I was excited when I saw some of the reviews but after not being responded to I question the reviews. Communication is really poor.
