Never again this online-shop!
I created an order exclusively from items that were marked "in stock". They informed me that some items were not available. So I replaced them with other marked "in stock"again. They wrote to me again that one item was not available. So I asked them to tell me which ones were available "in stock". I complied and assigned the remaining recommended item. After three days I inquired when the shipment would be shipped and they confidently told me that the expected delivery time was approx. 1 month(!) within the EU(!). On my next question why it would take so long, they wrote because they actually did not have the item they recommended to me (as "in stock") :-) and have to wait for delivery, allegedly, from another store! I would like to point out that I paid the postage in the amount of 32,-euro(within the EU!) for a package weighing approx. 1.4kg! And six working days ago they told me that they had shipped the shipment. Today, after 6 business days, when I asked for the tracking number, they wrote that the package had not yet arrived in Madrid! Unbelievable in this day and age! NEVER! NEVER AGAIN!
